Greenport is only 9 miles away and we are one mile away from King Kullen Shopping Center and Braun’s Seafood. Dining room easily accommodates 8 people and the living room features 55" TV a flat screen smart TV with cable.

Walking distance to Causeway Beach, this open styles 4 bedroom newly updated home is in pristine condition. Situated on nearly an acre of land, the home has an airy feel with tons of natural light in every room. Gorgeous, lush yard with outdoor patio and dining area, built-in pool with lounge seating, umbrellas, and outdoor shower. Additional pictures available!
Cutchogue is between Mattituck and Southold making the house well situated to antique shops, movie theaters and several farm stands!
