Updated all-season waterfront cottage, located in Laconia, NH on the big lake, lake Winnipesaukee. A Spring, Summer, Fall or winter getaway.

Great for a single family vacation. Private beach of Island residents, Barbecue, Wireless Internet, TV and Central Air & Heat. There is a bridge to the island.

Sorry No Pets.

Parking is limited to two spaces, RVs and Trailers cannot be left overnight on the island.
