About this property

Walk to the beach- upgraded condo with king size bed and pull out queen sleeper sofa. Cable TV and WIFI included. Fully equipped for all your needs. AC unit with temperature control for your comfort and large ceiling fan centrally located in living room. Dishes and cookware, microwave, sheets, towels, beach chairs, cooler, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. The pools and tennis courts were damaged in 2022 due to hurricane Ian and are under renovations through 2024. I will post any updates I receive on the estimated completion dates. There are laundry facilities on the premises located in bldg 3 and bldg 5. Walking distance to 2 restaurants- Coconut Jacks on the bay and enjoy the sunset at Docs Beach House on the gulf! Close to the shopping in Naples, Coconut Point mall. and Mercato which includes many indoor/ outdoor restaurants. Situated in Bonita Springs located near Ft. Meyers Beach and Naples. Close to 2 airports. Relax and enjoy your vacation on the Florida gulf coast!

**Please Note: Starting in 2024 the condo HOA has contracted to begin painting and repairing the lanai's in building 5 (this condo is located in bldg 5). This project is estimated to take several months with a completion date anticipated by Nov'24. There is also ongoing construction on the walkways, lobbies, pools and tennis courts due to hurricane Ian damage.
I apologize in advance if there is any construction noise and/or unavailability of the lanai during your stay. I have greatly reduced my rates for summer and fall 2024 due to this inconvenience and hoping most will all be completed by year end.
Thank you for your understanding at this time as this property is in an excellent location to the beach, nearby restaurants and many other fun local attractions.

Comfy Cozy

The condo was perfect for just the 2 of us. It was very close to Barefoot Beach, Doc's and Coconut Jack's. Unfortunately we were there during Ian and had limited beach time. Ginny, the property owner, was wonderful! She kept checking in on us to make sure we were OK. We will definitely be staying there again!

Nice Location

This was a nice location...right across the street from the public beach. Two great restaurants within a short walking distance. Room was acceptable for what I needed. There was confusion when I checked in as the room hadn't been cleaned from the prior guest. I got hold of the owner and she took care of it within a couple of hours. After that, all was fine.

Nice complex. Not on the beach, but easy beach access.

Simple, quick and easy to rent through the VRBO app. Everything on sight was smooth and easy except getting the parking pass. Only available W-F between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. We stayed Thursday through Saturday and were not on property when the parking permit office was open.

Property is well maintained. Our unit was tastefully decorated with the extras such a beach chairs and umbrella provided in the unit. Owner is available if anything should arise.

Great place to stay!

The condo is as described. Bed is comfortable. The beach is a short walk across the street. Two pools in the complex, one is warmer than the other, so make sure you try both. Great local restaurants. We stayed for ten days and had a fabulous time.

Mother's Day getaway

Stayed with my adult daughter for our COVID delayed Mother's Day getaway.. Condo was exactly as described! Great location, amenities and price. Enjoyed the easy beach access, pools and restaurants all within walking distance. Condo had everything we needed to cook and play at the beach.

Love Barefoot Beach

Ginny is a sweet lady. Called about hot water never getting really hot. On demand water heater. Water was never warm enough for me. The facing of the unit was not great view and very very noisy with traffic. Not happy being in 5 th building. Had to drive our car to the other side of parking lot to get to beach.😢. Unit had everything we needed as far as beach chairs, dishes, etc.... Thank you Jenny for accomadating us.

Sunsets in Florida are beautiful!

My husband and I stayed in Bonita Springs for two weeks and really loved it. The condo was so perfectly located and convenient to everything we needed. The beach was steps away and we enjoyed a glorious sunset every night. The condo was small but perfect for the two of us and had everything you need for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrella, cooler, even waterproof bags for your cell phones. We will definitely try to come back next year.

An Easy Walk to the Beach

I truly enjoyed my stay! The condo had every amenity that I needed including everything needed to go to the beach including towels, coolers, and even an umbrella and a pair of sandals. I stayed by myself at the condo but other family members visited me on Christmas day and we were on the beach all day, enjoying a beautiful sunset! There were great restaurants within easy walking distance including one on the beach where again I was able to view the sunsets (I am kind of into that sort of thing!). I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Unit was perfect for 2 people

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was fine for 2 people, sleeps 4 but would be crowded. May be ok for 2 adults and 2 small children. Unit is older, but clean and had everything we needed. The AC is a wall type unit that you would find in a hotel not central air. We had it to have it set on lowest temp to keep unit cool. The only other thing was the freezer didn't work well. We bought ice cream and it was soft the whole time we were there. It took 2 days to make ice cubes. We didn't call to have checked, simply because it wasn't that big of a deal for us. There are 2 pools at this complex, both were clean and nice. The downside was that we visited the first of January, the location of the pools is poor. There is no sun until about 3pm due to the buildings blocking. I would stay here again, we enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs.

Jon and I purchased this condo at the lovely Bonita Beach & Tennis Club in 2018. We also own another condo in the same development that we purchased in 2017. We really like the location near airports and that it is close to all the fun of Ft. Meyers Beach, Naples, Sanibel and Marco Island. It is also just a boat ride away from the Florida Keys!
We love to travel and visit new places but also spending time just relaxing at our condos. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do! Ginny & Jon
