This UPDATED and UPGRADED Maui vacation rental condo is located in the Kana’i A Nalu! (Quiet Surf) complex of Ma’alaea Village.

This third-floor oceanview condo has a BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED and FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops and new appliances. Both updated bathrooms feature granite countertops and walk-in tiled showers.

The master bedroom comes with a view of the ocean and a king size bed with your private adjoining bathroom. If you are an early riser, you will enjoy the vibrant pink and purple sunrises through the palm trees and at night take comfort in the sound of gentle waves along the soft sand shore.

The second bedroom has two matching twin xl beds that can, if requested, be converted to make a king size bed. The guest bathroom is directly across the hall from the guest bedroom.

Enjoy this beachfront bungalow with all the amenities of a fully furnished vacation rental. From fresh linens, washer, dryer, ironing board, hair dryers, cable TV, to WiFi. The sofa folds out to a queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The vacation rental offers direct ocean views to view whales from the living room and lanai. This Maui condo can sleep up to six (6) people.

Centrally located in Ma’alaea between Lahaina and Kihei, allows vacationers the ease of experiencing the entire island with convenience. Ma’alaea is located on the dry side of the island and is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, near the junctions of Highway 30, 310 and 380.

Ma’alaea Beach, also known as Sugar Beach, is the longest beach on the island. It starts at Kana’i A Nalu and stretches 5 miles into Kihei. Reefs in front of the beach provide protection, abundant sea life and is great for snorkeling. Snorkeling close to sunset, many guests can enjoy the majestic green sea turtles as they feed along the reef. During the winter months the area is a haven for whales and their young. Additionally, the unit offers a direct view of Molokini Crater (one of the world’s best snorkeling and scuba diving destinations).

Parking for one vehicle and all other amenities are included at no extra charge.
Rates: 12/15 -4/15 $290/night plus 14.42% tax; 4/16-12/14 $240/night plus 14.42% tax and cleaning fee.

Fantastic Centrally Located Condo

Other than needing some updating here and there, this place was terrific!! Barb and Dena are outstanding to work with!! The location is perfect for getting around the island whether going to Hāna or to Kapalua. Highly recommend!!

Unit was great for our family of 4. It was nice to have a relatively short drive to Kihei, Lahaina, and a walk to the Ocean Centre. The beach nearby was very nice for beach walks. The unit has snorkel gear, beach towels and chairs etc, all the basics you need for your stay.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay - the condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Particularly loved having coffee on the balcony as the sun came up. The pool and grounds also very clean and well appointed. First time in Maui and this was a great, central location.

An awesome property. Clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. On the 3rd floor but that’s no big deal because there’s an elevator. Condo is right on the waterfront. Beach a short walk away.The host cares about her guests. Will stay there again.

I have stayed in many places on Maui and neighboring Islands, and so far this condo is my top pick. It is clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Best of all it has a breath taking view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves. This condo is also centrally located.

Cannot say enough great things about this venue. It’s away from a lot of the hustle so that you can relax yet a 3 min walk to the beach. It’s also within 20 min driving distance to nearly everything which makes it so convenient. Condo itself was clean and spacious. We used the fans to generate cool air around the place. They also had coolers, towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Oh and the pool area was always clean. The view for both sunrise and sunset were wonderful. Will definitely be back!

2023 Krienke Vacation

We had an amazing time there. Our apartment was beautiful clean, the pool was amazing, and the ocean beautiful. We spent our mornings surfing snorkeling repelling and sightseeing. We spend our late afternoon and evenings down by the pool and by the ocean visiting with other guests, barbecuing, and swimming. It truly was the best vacation I've ever had ❤️❤️❤️

On June 2nd, 2006 my husband and I were married on the beautiful, sandy beach of Maui at sunset with our lovingly families surrounding us. We have since traveled many times back to Maui as we call this tropical paradise our happy place!

Why they chose this property

We love the Maui beaches so much that when this property became available with the spectacular ocean views directly out of our living room, master bedroom and lani we just couldn’t resist. The location of the condo is perfect as it is off the beaten path to give us the quiet and serene setting we enjoy. It is also centrally located so when we want to set out for island adventures we are close to everything.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy long walks along the beach and this property is connected to Sugar Beach, the longest uninterrupted beachfront 5 mile stretch on Maui. Snorkeling is another favorite activity we enjoy and we swim with the turtles right out our front door. We watch the whales and enjoy these majestic animals with their young, swimming and frolicking right from the lani.
