Check out this great location! Beautiful lake house on Crystal lake. The property is conveniently located less than one hour from Grand Rapids, the shores of Lake Michigan and Michigan Adventure in Muskegon.

Crystal Lake is an all sports lake where you can enjoy skiing, swimming, fishing any water toys you want to bring and park at our big dock. There are two kayaks included with the property and a full stack of logs for great family pit fires.

Bring your fishing poles, along with your license, and fish right off the dock. You will also find a public boat launch on the lake.

Barbecue on the deck, while enjoying a cold beverage on the upper screened in porch.

This is an all-season lake house with all the comforts of home, which include: central air conditioning, two flat screen TVs, full internet, fully supplied kitchen with a microwave, gas range/stove, and a great dishwasher. Full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. It offers 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms and a queen size sleeper couch. Also a crib should you be traveling with a little one.

Screened in upper porch , deck, gas grill, fire pit, large swim area, and lots of fish to catch.

This lakefront property was ideal for our girlfriend’s getaway. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lesa and Tom are perfect hosts and were always there when we had a question. The home even had a generator which came in very handy since we had a power outage during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, clean, and loved all the little personalized touches. The view of the lake was breathtaking! The hosts were always available and able to help with anything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Great place

Excellent house furnished with everything to make your stay a pleasure. From treats left for incoming renters to communication before, during, and after your stay, Tom and Lesa go all out to make sure your time spent there is the best it can be. We highly recommend them and their lake house.

Wonderful Lake House

This house has everything you need on a Lake. From the outdoor toys to inside games. Comfortable beds to the fully stocked pantry items. We always enjoy our time on Crystal Lake.

Great time!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful “cabin” on this beautiful lake. The whole process of renting and communication with our hosts was simple and easy. The house was inviting and so comfortable- everything we could have needed was provided. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place or nicer people to deal with. . It was just a great week!

This house was perfect for our family’s trip to Michigan. It was comfortable, relaxing and not to mention the beautiful views you have being on Crystal lake. This house has everything you need from the kitchen utensils to the lake toys. Lesa and Tom were more than accommodating and accessible. Love to see this place in the fall with the change of colors.

Great House and Lake - stayed July 2019

Everything was great with the house and lake. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the world go by. The walk around the lake was really nice. The lake was great for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Grand Rapid only 1 hour away. Fred Meijer Gardens & Sculpute Park is worth the drive. Overall one of the best weeks I have had in Michigan!

House was stocked with everything we needed. Lovely lakefront view. Didn't like clawfoot tub shower for someone my age, though. Host was absolutely excellent! Our group loved the outdoor fire pit and screened in room!!

Vacation goals

We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful and clean lakefront home. There was plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable seating both inside and out. We spent much of our time on lovely Crystal Lake. We fished, kayaked, and floated. It was everything we hoped our week at the lake would be! Lesa and Tom are gracious hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We plan to return next year.

A True Treasure

We have family nearby in Fremont and we have never been able to find a hotel or home nearby to have as much quality time as possible. Lesa’s place was the gem we have been looking for, for forever. She is so mindful with her home—-extra toilet paper, towels, child gates on the stairs! She has thought out everything and we are so thankful for that. Our crew was able to be so cozy and enjoy being close to their grandparents. We hope to come back soon!

Immaculate Quiet Lake Home with Great Fishing

The only thing you'll need to pack for a stay in this beautiful home are your food, toothbrush, and clothes. Everything else you could possibly need is there for you. The kitchen has more gadgets than mine. The beach toys are inflated and ready for you. You can sit and view the lake inside or out, from the screened-in porch, dining area, living areas, deck, patio. Lots of furniture to sit comfortably. During our two-week stay, we caught and released more than 50 pike, largemouth bass, and walleye. There's a 2.5 mile walk around the lake, which Lesa explains in detail. Lesa leaves detailed directions on everything about the home, and she's quick to answer questions should you have any. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens for all. We loved this home!

Clean comfortable home

The kids enjoyed the water and we managed to catch a few bass and pike. I love thus lake and the house was a great location, clean and comfortable with sweet neighbors. Would love to rent again.

Perfect Getaway Location for a Family

The property was everything as advertised. The lake was beautiful and Lesa and Tom were wonderful hosts. The house is big enough with multiple living areas that you can get away from others without leaving the house. The location was excellent as it is a short under 10 minute drive to either Fremont or Newaygo of which have all the amenities such as shopping and dining. House was spotless and provided all the essentials. All you have to do is bring your luggage and food. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hosts and accommodations

Tom and Lesa are great to deal with. Their wonderful home has everything that you want or need. Well stocked with everyday household items, as well as lake toys and lots of games and books. The house is even better than pictured. The lake is very nice and there is a large area with a nice sandy bottom to enjoy the water in. This was out best vrbo lake home yet.

This has been our summer home for eight years. Our primary residence was in Scottsdale, Arizona. We spent our summers in Fremont to escape the brutal AZ summers. Given we lived here for four months every year, it has all the necessities of home. We have since moved to Michigan permanently, and have a home in Grand Haven. This is still our summer home but have decided we like spending time in Grand Haven, as well, during the summer months. We are opening our home to vacationers. We believe you will enjoy the pride of ownership we have invested in this property and enjoy it as much as we have over the many years .

Why they chose this property

Besides being a beautiful clean lake, the neighbors are fantastic people. Several live here year round. We have gone to great expense to improve and maintain the quality of this beautiful property.

What makes this property unique

It's impossible to feel gloomy in a house that is filled with sunshine. The many windows allow for sunshine to enter and warm your soul, not to mention the fabulous views of the sun rise over the lake and a front row seat to all the water fun.

The fire pit and all the wood you need is made available for those late nights near the lake. A great way to end the day.....
