Just 15 miles from the Honolulu airport, it is close enough, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Honolulu. Nearby Kapolei has all the big-name shopping you need. Relax and enjoy the resort lifestyle - golf, sandy protected lagoons, and local boutique hotels and restaurants.

The condo is a peaceful retreat upgraded with stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen and bath countertops, and African mahogany cabinets. The location is ideal - steps away from the pool, hot tub and BBQ cabanas. Enjoy everything Ko Olina has to offer. Excellent resort restaurants, spas, shops, marketplace, fitness center, tennis courts, and the most beautiful sunset views! Enjoy the Ko Olina lifestyle from this 2-bedroom Ko Olina Kai patio condo, a quiet retreat with a lanai with seating for 4 for quiet contemplation or entertaining and a wonderful location less than half a mile from beach lagoons and wonderful restaurants.

Ride your bikes to shops, restaurants, and the beach to snorkel or boogie board (all courtesy of your hostess) and breathe in the ocean air, wander down to the pool or the popular Roy's Restaurants just steps away.

Back inside, you can prepare appetizers and side dishes in the full kitchen, which offers granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and plenty of space for your groceries in the pantry and large refrigerator. You'll have a microwave, full-size oven, electric range, hand mixer, toaster, and a coffee station that includes French presses, coffee maker, electric kettle and a coffee grinder for easy and delicious dinners, a dishwasher for stress-free clean-up, and a cozy dining area that can accommodate from two to six for dining. If the outdoors beckons, abandon the breakfast bar and dining table, store your drinks in the ice cabinet, and BBQ and dine al fresco at the patio table and chairs on the lanai.

This retreat will accommodate four guests in its two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathtub and shower and a king-size bed, large writing desk, large TV, reading area, walk-in closet, and second closet. The guest room is adjacent to a full bath and has a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, reading nook, closet, and large TV.

This home also comes equipped with a landline, WiFi, and TVs in each room with over 50, so you'll never have to worry about missing emails, your favorite playlists, photos posted by loved ones or catching up on a little work. There's even a printer if you prefer paper boarding passes.

Beautiful place, great location!
Debbie’s home was just what we were looking for this summer. Debbie was helpful from the beginning, very communicative and quickly responsive. This property was in an ideal location for an easy walk to the lagoons, half of a block from the complex pool, and a 5-10 min walk from the Ko’Olina shops and restaurants. This place has everything you need to have a wonderful stay, including beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The property itself was nicely and simply decorated and as my husband and I were working remotely in the space, we had two desks/tables from which we could easily work. Thank you for a great stay, Debbie!

Everything we expected!!
We could not have hoped for a more beautiful place to stay for our trip to Hawaii. Ko Olina is a beautiful and serene location on Oahu. Just as advertised, the condo is located within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, beautiful beaches, and several resorts. The condo complex also has a beautiful community pool area with hot tub that was just one block from the condo. We had a minor glitch with the condo management company in terms of checking in, but it was quickly resolved and we had no additional problems from that time forward. The condo itself is roomy, very clean, very well stocked with essentials and beautifully decorated. We are just sorry that we could not complete our month long stay due to the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S. We would definitely stay at this property again, in the future, if our travel plans allow.

Comfortable, Well Located Townhouse
This townhouse in Ko Olina is larger than it appears in the photos and has a perfect layout for two couples or a family with terrific separation between the bedrooms. There is a ton of closet space and the kitchen is amazingly well stocked. It was also great to be supplied with all the paper and clean up products we could need for our entire 5 week stay. Location is very good - close but not too close to pool (great pool area), beaches (gorgeous beaches) and shops and lots of cafes and restaurants. Nice little outdoor space and garage has plenty of beach goodies. The owner is exceedingly responsive and great to deal with.

13 years ago, as a real estate broker, I invested in this wonderful upgraded 2 bed 2 bath condo because I knew it would continue to develop into a delightful place to be, located in the sought after beautiful, quiet, but accessible Ko Olina Kai development, just 20 minutes from Honolulu, but a million miles for the noise and hustle a bustle of Waikik and Pearl Harbor, with its 4 beautiful lagoons, the Disney Resort, Golf, Sports Center, Pool with BBQ facilities, and marina. It has never been vacant and I had hoped that one day I might retire to Ko Olina. Then, one day I realized that this is the day and decided to make my second home a second home for others when I am not in residence. I hope you are as thrilled and delighted with this location as I am, and as my extended and immediate family are. I hope this will become your second home also and leave you delighted and refreshed.

Why they chose this property

You won't need a lot of space, but you will want the amenities, security, and upgrades my condo has to offer, from stainless steel appliances and granite, to designer touches and queen and California king size beds. The kitchen, livingroom, and dining area are all one great room that opens to the lanai where I have a patio table, chairs, and a table top propane grill. If you like to grill, it is small enough to pick up and take with you, or you can leave it at home and barbecue poolside in the community's large Weber grills. No worries about security. There is a 1-car garage and this is a gated community. Just 20 minutes from the Honolulu Airport, you have all the big city amenities you need within just a few miles, while enjoying the peace and quiet of resort living.
