RELAX! Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying sound of the waves and the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico.

Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest. This is for the guests and owners protection.

BE COMFORTABLE! The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a wall mounted flat screen TV. On one side of the living area you’ll find a queen size sleeper-sofa.

SWIM, SUN AND PLAY! Just outside the back of our building is a year-round pool and Hot-tub. On to the beach! South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close.

EAT POOLSIDE! There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach.

STAY SAFE! The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and a sauna just around the corner.

GET OUT AND ABOUT! Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on SPI and in nearby areas for both adults and children; golf, para sailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few.

No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands.

IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets the guest limits based on city and county fire safety, and occupancy ordinances.

Occupancy limit for our condo is 4, which includes newborns, babies, infants, and toddlers.

There are no exceptions to exceeding the guest limit during your stay. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time.

Please bring your own personal toiletries. We provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper.

Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits.

SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay.
