Lovely villa and a great host.

Had a great experience with the family at this villa. It was very spacious for a family of 15 and a beautiful place. A car is required to get around.

Simply Fantastic!

Just got back from a fantastic week at catello de campo. Maite was a fantastic host, extremely accommodating and always there when needed (wish all hosts /owners were this supportive). The villa had everything we needed and more. The villa itself was exactly as described/ pics. If anything more impressive. I’ve already recommended to friends and family who saw holiday pics and keen to also stay. Only feedback would be: Main villa drains started to smell a little but this can’t be helped with villa in hills I guess. Soon fixed with regular flushing of drains and bleach. I would recommend pool is cleaned daily with volume of use to prevent germs. It was cleaned most days. Plastic cups and glasses would be great. With young children it’s hard to not break a few 😃 All in all a wonderful villa and host.

Excellentes vacances en famille dans un cadre magnifique, verdoyant et calme. J’ai adoré le lever du soleil époustouflant qui visible depuis la terrasse. Le Logement est exceptionnel pour passer des vacances en grand nombre ou en famille (16 personnes ) La villa est bien équipée et propre, la climatisation est disponible dans chaque pièce, le parking est très grand, literie acceptable. Un remerciement spécial pour Maïté : notre adorable hôte qui était toujours disponible ( quasi instantanément) et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Quelques propositions mineures : Ajouter des petits meubles pour vêtements dans les chambres (sauf chambre 1&2) , les 3 chambres du bas sont séparés du haut et accessibles par le jardin, à expliciter dans l’annonce …. À noter qu’elles ont vue sur piscine ps: La chambre principale est une vraie suite royale parfaite On reviendra certainement

a wonderful relaxing holiday

Exceptional villa. We had a great holiday staying in this villa. We were 3 families, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The villa was very clean and modern, and was exactly as the photos showed. We made good use of the ‘summer kitchen’ and dining area, which were next to the pool, as it was a great communal space. The pool was a good size, and was very clean. We made good use of it everyday, and it was great for cooling off in the August temperatures! The owner was very helpful and answered all questions when they arose. A car is essential, but it is only a short drive to the supermarket. We drove to the beach in Dénia (20mins drive) where there was an excellent inflatable assault course in the sea. We also had a day out at aqua natura water park in Benidorm (40 mins drive) which was a great day out. We would definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastisk miljö mitt bland citron och lim träden!

Huset är väl planerad för stor familjeträff. Vi var 15 pers 8 vuxna 2 tonåringar o 5 barn mellan 4-11. Alla trivdes och fick gott om plats. Poolen och poolhuset blev huvudstationen. Reckomenderar varmt.

Magnífica villa

La experiencia ha sido impecable tal y como indican el resto de opiniones, no faltando detalle alguno, estando Maite pendiente del mínimo detalle para hacernos la estancia lo más cómoda posible. Incluso nos ha ayudado a última hora al descolgarse de la reserva un matrimonio que venía inicialmente con la expedición debido a un accidente de última hora. Gracias por todo Maite, seguro que volveremos a vernos.

Hello, I was born in 1971 and have spent many years working in the tourist industry as a tour operator. After this I decided, for personal reasons, to start afresh renting my house that I have cherished for many years. I still treat it with the same care and respect so that my guests can feel at home here.
Of course, one of my favourite hobbies is travelling.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Pedreguer, a village in the hinterlands of the Marina Alta region. Living in Marina Alta is a privilege as you only have to travel 15 minutes to reach the mountains or the sea.
If you want to visit a city, Valencia and Alicante are 55 minutes away.
The climate here is outstanding.
We provide quality hospitality services.
In conclusion, I am really fond of the area.
