About this property

Mountain Views in Telluride! - Walk to Gondola & Lift 8! TBL #00115

Located in the heart of Telluride just steps from the library, one block from the grocery, bakery, river trail, main street shops, restaurants and two and a half short town blocks to the gondola and Oak Street Lift. There is a free in town shuttle that circles the Fall Line every 15 minutes or so. Once you park your car in our parking garage (height limit 6'6"), everything is within walking distance. The unit is fully furnished and turn-key with a full sized kitchen, dining table, living room, private deck and laundry center. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a double and single bed. Amenities include, elevator access and covered parking for one car We would be pleased to host you as our guest! We also have listings #33627 and #1221857. Town of Telluride Business License #3082. Location excellent-easy to get around town. Pillows and knives in the unit were extremely poor and old. Advertisement said shampoo soap but were half used bottles of old samples. . We noticed most all switches are installed upside down (still functional). It was great to have parking available in unit. Unit overall including appliances and furniture is dated yet functional. Overall location definitely is prime and we would look forward to return again soon!

Lovely stay!

Elaine & Tom’s place is everything you could need. Center of town, under 5 minutes to the gondola, hot tub, parking and comfy space. We will definitely be coming back here for our next Telluride trip! They were also kind enough to accommodate our early arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was clean and convenient to bars/restaurants in town and the gondola for skiing. The property manager was on-site to greet us and available as needed.

Great location and perfect for a small group of friends!

We had a group of 5 girls and slept comfortably in all beds including the pull out sofa. This place is cozy and had everything we needed! The gondola is a close walk and so is the main street with all the shops, restaurants, and bars. We would stay again!

Perfect Location

Condo was perfect for ski trip of 3 adults. Clean, close walk to lift, comfortable to hang out in after skiing. Décor a little dated but was the cheapest place we found in Telluride so would rather save money that worry about looks.

Enjoyed Our Stay — Parking Could Use More Clarity

We enjoyed our stay overall and found the place to be pretty clean and comfortable. It worked well for us and the location was convenient.One thing to note: I had asked about parking for a second car before our arrival and was told street parking was available. I expected it would be fairly easy to find a spot nearby, but street parking during the day is quite limited and requires paid meters. We ended up using a free lot about half a mile away during the day and moved the car to street parking after 8pm when it was free and easier to find a spot. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but just a heads-up about the parking specifics.
