On the ocean. There is no place like living on the ocean. In Daytona Beach you have it all. Living on the ocean and have great places to go nearby like the Daytona International Speedway, Orlando and all the theme parks, airport just minutes away, great shopping at a number of malls and outlets and now One Dayton on International Speedway across from the track will feature a 300,000-square-foot retail, dining and entertainment district, two hotels and a residential apartment community.
