Pleasantly Surprised

Exactly as advertised. We were blown away. Better than we imagined. Perfect size for the family. Well equipment from kitchen to extras like boogy boards and beach towels. Very secure and over the top clean. Thank You, we will be back.

Came to Daytona beach for the weekend to watch some racing! Had a great stay. Everything was accurate and communication was effortless. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Excellent location/poor hygiene

Excellent location, ample linen and bedding. Dishwasher and kitchen surface had cockroaches. Living room and master bed TVs did not have Netflix and youtube apps. Location is very convenient,beautiful views, easy access to the pool and hot tub. The dining table had only 4 chairs. Bar stools were rickety. All in all, the condo could use some TLC. There were plenty of kitchen untensils. This condo carries everything you need for a vacation.

Beautiful condo, great location but needs some work

Beautiful condo and location! Some things need attention. All the kitchen table chairs and bar stools were very unstable and screws were falling out. Also missing two kitchen chairs so two of us had to eat on sofa with plates in our lap. VERY DISAPPOINTED that the pool still was not open and our beach access was blocked off. Had to go out front of building and the down side of building to beach. But garage access/parking was great. Check in/out was so easy.

Opus Condo

Opus condo was very spacious, with a great location right on the beach. We were able to have a first floor condo which was great with kids and had a walk way straight to the beach. You used a code to get in the front of building and into the condo. Communication was great with the staff before our arrival and throughout our stay. We did have an issue with the dryer tearing up a few items and they helped with that. They do provide high chair, kitchen utensils, vacuum, broom, towels, one trash bag, and one roll of toilet paper each bathroom as the main things. Once out of toilet paper and trash bag you do have to provide the rest. Overall I’d rate our stay a 8/10

Great location.

Great location. Beautiful property. There was an issue with the dryer…it continued to tear up several articles of clothing. I let property manager know. Other than that, I have no complaints. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. Hopefully will be able to stay again one day!

Exactly what we needed

Our stay at Opus was just what we needed for our family getaway. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the surroundings were truly beautiful. We loved the spaciousness of the home, and it was spotlessly clean with all the necessary toiletries provided. Can't wait to go back for another relaxing vacation!

Apt is great, but need some update kitchen range, not hot take so long to heat up , a lot small flies in the house , need termite, cookware need new Need new towels, some has smell , a lot of beds 👍👍 mattress little too soft

Weekend Getaway

The place was very roomy, noce area, right in the water. Everything needed for stay for the most part. A few things broken but did not affect our stay; more cosmetic. One suggestion would be to deep clean main couch, but overall would love to go back ince pool and seawall fixed.

Vacation

My family and I stayed at this condo for a few days while we were in Florida moving in my daughter at Embry Riddle. It was the perfect size for 7 of us. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we needed while staying there. Check in and out was very simple. Staff very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Very impressed!

It was okay the area had a lot of damage from hurricane. Slow process of working to repair. Nothing was done the week we were there. Some parents needed control their children. Going into the game room breaking the pool sticks. In the hallway bumping into you not saying excuse me. The cleaning crew could have done a better job in cleaning

Overall the stay was good. The pool was not functioning understandably due to storm damage. There were maintenance issues that need addressed.

Great vacation

The property was nice. The location close to the beach and the ease of being on the first floor just added to ease of our vacation. We had 3 family groups that vacationed with us (10 people) and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Beautiful Place

Other than the pool being out of service (which was clearly stated on the website) everything was pretty nice. There was a few cleaning items that should have been there that were not, but the dollar store was across the street and we easily remedied the issues. If you go, plan on brining paper towels, toilet paper, trashbags, dish washing detergent and anything else you can think of because they are slim pickins but the rooms are huge, and the overall property is nice. I would not go back until after the pool is fixed, but would definitely return otherwise.

Opus Daytona

Great spot. Grocery and putt putt across street, beach on other side. Hit hard by hurricane, not fixed as of Feb 14, 2023 with orange fencing everywhere, but management was excellent.
