About Lisa Fann & Mike Manning
After travelling to the Orange Beach / Gulf Shores area for many years, we knew where we wanted to buy our condo, in a small boutique building, right on the beach, within walking distance to restaurants but peaceful enough to avoid crowds. After a lot of searching we eventually found The Broadmoor, which was exactly what we were looking for and a condo that has never been on the rental market before with quality furnishings and decorations that makes it stand out from all other rentals. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.
Lisa Fann & Mike Manning purchased this Condo in 2018

condo vacation spot
unbelievable first class over the top interior. with excellent views and literally closest condo to the beach by 30 yards.
Our stay at Orange 202 was glorious. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and like I was home! We even had fresh flowers! Master has a wonderful chaise lounge where I relaxed to read and had a view of the ocean. It was probably my favorite place in the condo. Loved the decor. We had everything we needed. Having ground level beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats and more was very convenient.
Was able to have son, daughter-in-law and grandson stay a few days and made so many memories. It was grandsons first beach trip and he loved it!
This property will not disappoint.
The host was super easy to deal with! great location and great property !! enjoyed our stay!!
The condo was very nice. The owners were very helpful. I would stay there again.

Adventure, fun, relaxation…you’ll find it all on Alabama’s white-sand beaches. For years, Orange Beach remained a little-known vacation treasure, but more and more families are discovering the 32 miles of soft sand and clear waters that lace the edges of Alabama’s southern border to the Gulf of Mexico.
Made almost entirely of quartz grains washed down from the Appalachian Mountains thousands of years ago, the white-sand beaches that make up Gulf Shores and Orange Beach shorelines are some of the finest in the world. But, don’t take our word for it. It’s one of the reasons families return to our Gulf Coast beaches, year after year. There’s no better way to unwind from everyday life than spending your days building sandcastles and soaking up the sun. Seagulls singing, waves crashing, it’s everything you need to discover a whole new state of relaxation.
Cast your cares away when you cast your line during a deep-sea fishing adventure in Orange Beach, where the country’s largest artificial fishing reef awaits you. Or, hide a history lesson in a trip to historic Fort Morgan, the guardian of Mobile Bay since 1834 and where four wars were fought. After a day of adventure, refuel with seafood that doesn't get any fresher than right off the boat.
Whether you’re in the mood for fun and adventure or lazy days on the beach, you can do it all in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Bring the family and discover a whole new state of satisfaction while you explore the waterways, relax on the beach, take family beach portraits to last a lifetime or eat your fill of fresh seafood. It’s all here waiting to be discovered.
