About this property

Brand new home finished July 2018! Our New home is one-half mile from the main entrance to the University of Notre Dame and Eddy Street Commons. Come and enjoy our 3,000 square foot home featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths for our guests. On the main floor is an open-concept living room, dining room, custom kitchen including island, peninsula, double-oven and breakfast nook. Also, on the main floor is a Master Bedroom with full bath, laundry room, and a half bath. Upstairs is an office, full bath and three bedrooms. Come with the whole family and enjoy the large bunk-room upstairs that includes a full over full bunkbed with a full trundle. In addition, there is a day bed in the bunk-room. The other 2 bedrooms on the upper level have queen beds. Downstairs you will find 9 foot ceilings that includes family room with full pull-out sleeper sofa, full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed. The large drive-way will park a minimum of 6 cars and there is parking in front of the house as well. Your owners are "Domers" who really enjoy sharing the Notre Dame experience with our guests. Go IRISH!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with impeccable details and thoughtful touches everywhere. This was a wonderful place for a rainy football weekend and served as our family gathering spot for a memorable ND weekend.

Lovely Stay

The house was a perfect layout for our group. The Owner was very easy to work with and had good communication. The house is the Owners primary so we felt it should have been prepped for VRBO with less food in refrigerator and less personal property decor. Otherwise, great location and house.

Great place for family gathering with large and inviting common spaces. Very close to campus and Eddy Street Commons, yet still quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!
