Annual Anniversary Trip to Atlantic Beach

Exactly as listed, major perk for me was the dehumidifier that runs constantly (must be emptied) which helps with the air quality along with minimum mold/mildew smell especially being a beach front condo. We would definitely stay there again!

Great for kids!

We love this location for our family! Not far from the aquarium and the splash pad for my daughter, very close to a grocery store and right on the beach. They have a pool when you get tired of the sand and a laundry that accepts cards for those spontaneous child disasters. (Bring detergent.) Best spot for a quick recharge vacation or a lazy, week long rest fest.

Little gem on the beach

Great location! My family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights while in town to visit family and it was perfect. Great location, beautiful beach with easy access. Yes, it was a little snuggly for us but little time was spent in the room. Thanks for a great beach getaway!

Fall escape

Although listed as waterfront, which it was, a huge woody berm blocked any view of the ocean. Next time, I will stay on the second floor.

Atlantic Beach excursion!

Unit B127 Ocean Sands, while startling at first sight, was well kept, adequately equipped for 2 people, and clean. I say startling because the unit was more “compact” than it appeared in the photos on the website. Because of its compact size, there was no dresser for stowing our close, so we had to live out of our suitcases. However, with that said, it served its purpose, to have a comfortable place to stay that was steps away from the beach and closely located to restaurants, grocery stores., and sightseeing. After all, we were there for some sun and fun and the unit provided us with a comfortable place to lay our heads down each night for a good nights sleep.

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I rented the property for a long weekend. The price was higher compared to other larger properties we had rented in the same area. But we were both impressed with how close we were to the beach. Also impressed with quietness the complex. I do not think we ever heard a noise from anyone outside or beside us. The futon was not the most comfortable for sitting but we understood the futon mattress was chosen for sleeping comfort. The unit had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. We would certainly stay again without hesitation.

Nice Stay for Two

Residence could a have been cleaned better, had a musty smell; however, was a good size for two people and was on the beach. Was near grocery store and other nice places to eat.

Baby's first beach trip!

We had a wonderful time taking our toddler on her first beach trip. She loved having her own futon all to herself. We loved having a little kitchen to cook and keep costs down. Could not hear neighbors on either side of us at all, beds and pillows were firmly supportive, the climate system (AC, fans and dehumidifier) made for a very comfortable stay as well. Emptying the beeping dehumidifier every 8 hours or so was a pain but all worth how cozy it was. Yard and beachfront were very private and not overcrowded, check in/out and parking was very simple, and it's a very short drive to Atlantic Beach town park and the aquarium. Overall just a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Small But Quaint and Clean

Really enjoyed our few days at AB! The condo was what we expected. No glitz or glamour, but clean, had necessities like TV/internet access and it’s oceanfront. No complaints at all. We were also impressed with how polite the staff was the day we checked in. Would not hesitate to stay in the future.

Stay At Atlantic Beach

The property is easy to find and is right on the beach. If your on the bottom floor the dunes don't let you see the ocean from the room. There is a close walk out to the beach though. The room is small and is fine for 2 adults and if you have 2 smaller kids or 1 teen. It is pictured exactly as it looks. Check in and out process is very simple. The room had a very strong musty odor and there is not much room to get in or out of the bed but other than that. It is a cute convenient place to stay.

Great location--just a few steps away from the beach! The condo was clean and cozy. It was small for 4, but we knew that when we booked. Questions and requests were answered quickly. Our only complaint was that there was a lot of litter on the grounds and at the gazebo, which could be because there is no full time staff there,

Perfect for a family get away

I really like the room it was the right size for my family. It was clean and just as described in the advertisement . The only thing that I had an issue with was having no WIFI to where my kids could play with their iPad when we came in for the night. It really wasn't that big of a deal, however would have been nice when they had the time to use them.

This is a Brand New First floor unit built in May, 2015. It is located on the Ocean side of the building and boasts a Dunes View as seen from the pictures. It's truly beachfront, it's affordable, the people are very friendly, and the Location is Fantastic! This beach condo has everything you need to make your summer vacation, or your weekend get-away a memorable experience.

You just can't beat rolling out of bed, and in a few steps planting your feet into the warm, soft Atlantic Beach sand! Staying on the beach is the way to go! There is no need to worry about crossing busy roads, or paying for parking, etc..

And for those of you with kids, well there are many activities for them as well. There is a large green lawn area, so if they get tired of playing on the beach, they can kick the soccer ball, play horseshoes, or whatever activity sparks their interest. Atlantic Beach just opened a wonderful beach park with a miniature golf course and many other activities.

So regardless if you are vacationing for a week, or getting away for the weekend, come stay at my place, and please make it your own! I know you are going to have a fantastic time!
