The neighborhood is tucked quietly on a Grand Oak lined street, away from the busy roads, yet situated perfectly on the Folly River and so close to the beach. This house is a destination for those looking for classic Folly Beach. The Tabby House is a beautifully built home with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The home utilizes a reverse floorplan with 5 bedrooms and a smaller living room downstairs and the large living, dining area, kitchen and master suite are located upstairs. The home has high end finishes and hardwood floors throughout! We suggest renting a golf cart or bikes to get to the beach. Or bring your own boat! The home has a private deep water dock. Experienced boaters can navigate the river to the Morris Island Lighthouse. We can almost guarantee you will see dolphins! Nice House - Great View

The house was nice, the view was even better. Being on the water was wonderful to wake up to every morning. The house itself is on a dead end court which was nice and private. The walk to the beach was not bad at all even with a toddler and lots of beach equipment. The pool is just the right size for a smaller group who doesn't want to swim laps and the access to the dock was optimal. Would recommend for anyone who is looking to stay in Folley Beach.

Great Week at Tabby House

1st time visitors to Folly. Property easily accommodated our extended family of 10 (3 generations, ages 14 to 88). Lots of gathering space but also plenty of space to spread out. The elevator was key for ensuring our most senior member could easily (and safely) come and go and allowed him full enjoyment of the property, inside and out. Beautiful, expansive views of the river and its wildlife. Amazing spot for sunrises and sunsets, all enjoyable from 2 levels of screened-in wraparound decks, the private dock, or even from the patio and plunge pool. Very quiet and removed from the busier part of town, which was a plus for us. Nearest beach access is just a few blocks away. If you require a section of beach with life guards, you’ll need to travel several more blocks closer to town or to the county park at the west end. There are no sidewalks except for the main shopping and restaurant area, so we used golf carts for quick and easy trips to the nearest beach and to town. For longer stays on the beach when kids wanted to swim and we had lots of chairs, coolers and umbrellas to tote, we opted to use the car and went to the county beach at the west end. Parking there was $15 for the day during the week. It seemed less crowded than the guarded beaches in the center of town and you can re-enter with no additional fee. Worth it to us in the heat with lots of beach stuff. The property management company was informative, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Wonderful week!

Folley Beach Vacation

Overall, the property was a great place to stay. It had a great view and plenty of space for people to stay. A suggestion would be to provide a little more household items. It didn’t make complete sense to buy kitchen/bathroom towels. With that, still would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect Folly Beach House

This house is absolutely stunning and so is the location. A short walk to the beach and the most beautiful intercostal location you can imagine. Absolutely everything about this house is A++. We will definitely stay there again.
