This is a great little getaway near Windsor and Loveland, a short drive to all the surrounding areas. The bed was very comfortable. The llamas are a lovely bonus to see in the mornings.
Very cool property, secluded yet everything is close by. It was fun getting to be around llamas, seeing amazing sunsets and an eagle that came by often.
The Llama-Stay was exactly as advertised, and such a cute space! We only stayed one night, but after getting there I wish we had stayed in Colorado longer to get to enjoy the views and the llamas longer. The space was very clean, any amenities you could need were provided, the host was very communicative and easy to get ahold of, and the llamas and mountain views did not disappoint! It was so nice to be able to be out in the country, but then just a short drive into town, so the best of both worlds and exactly what we needed for this trip. I would absolutely come back again.
Property was in a perfect location for us. We trailered our motorcycle out and was able to park truck and trailer safely with lots of room. Personal space was great and comfortable. Fun part of staying there was feeding and watching the Lama's. And enjoying the views of pasture and mountains.

We came out to visit our daughter and her family. Excellent quiet location. Easy access to everything. Just right outside Windsor, Johnstown and Loveland. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Stacey

Disliked: Check-in, communication
Toaster oven should be replaced. Blinds would be nice for privacy. Maybe spray for spiders. I understand that it has llamas which was neat but maybe have some nice smelling candles inside.

Thank you for your feedback. We'll look into replacing the toaster oven and adding blinds. We'll also consider adding candles for a pleasant scent. Thank you for staying with us!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The views are beautiful, and it was so peaceful and quiet - that's exactly what we were needing, and why we chose this property. Being able to give the llamas a snack each day was a highlight. And watching all the bunnies running around playing was so cute. We would stay here again if we came up that way again.
We're glad you enjoyed your stay and found our vacation rental to be a nice, quiet place to rest. Thank you for the kind review - we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
This was a cozy little spot to be for a few days. The owner is super friendly and had cute llamas on the ranch. Easy, short drive to shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the mountains. It was very clean, quiet and has air conditioning. Check in and check out was easy. It was about a 45 min drive to the RMNP but well worth it for the scenery. We would definitely stay here again!
Clean and unique stay. Loved feeding the Llamas every morning. Great location to explore the area.

I stayed with my dog in April and had a very nice time. Peaceful, clean and comfortable. The garage attached apartment sits on a lovely property. Its a dead end road so a great place to take a walk with mountains views. John and Rhonda were super nice. The shower has high pressure and nice hot water.

Cute and simple place to stay, enjoyed feeding the llamas and getting to see Jersey the dog. Peaceful and quiet area away from the lights of the city. Great location away from city life but yet close enough to everything you want to see. Great couples retreat!

Great option if you want to stay in a relatively quiet area that feels rural but 10-20min to lots of restaurants shops and other conveniences. The llamas were a hit - loved walking out and trying to see where they were roaming about.

It's wonderful to hear that our quiet, rural setting and close proximity to local amenities provided the perfect getaway experience. It is a nice, cozy place. It is right next door to the house of the person who owns the property, but they kept to themselves; said hi, but that was it. The only thing to keep in mind is that they have a dog who likes to run around cars, so be careful pulling in.
