Quaint & Cozy Bungalow in a Convenient Central Location with lots of privacy. Perfect home for up to two couples, sleeps four and a kitchen & dining that accommodates all. Just a short walking distance to The Monument Event Center, City Center Main Street, hiking trails on Hansen-Larsen Memorial Park, Executive Golf Course & Bike Path to Canyon Lake Park & more. Also this property is located just off I-90, so travelers have super easy access. The large full kitchen has all the necessities for cooking, separate dining room, barbecue grill is just outside back door and the yard is completely fenced and secure. Garage parking is available for long term guests upon request! It's just like going home!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If traveling with a pet, droppings must be picked up and placed in bag and and disposed of in garbage can provided
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely no pets allowed on furniture or beds. Droppings must be picked up and discarded daily, including winter months! Additional fees will apply
Absolutely no overloading of washer, do not load drum over half full. You will be responsible for damages.
All keys and garage openers must be returned to original location. Fees will apply for items lost.

Best Bungalow!

This bungalow exceeded all expectations. It is in a very convenient location. It is really quiet and beautiful all around. The host was extremely kind and accommodating. She responded quickly to all messages and questions. Inside of the home is very cute and comfortable. It has everything that you need. It really was a home away from home. If I ever find myself back in Rapid City, I will most definitely be booking here again.

At almost 100 years old, this home was my father's home for over 40 years. It has some quirks, but it also has charm!

This home is so private, it's cozy, and it's in a super convenient location. Just a hop, skip and a jump and you're on I-90! or downtown! or hiking!
