About 2 miles to the beach, walking distance to food shopping, restaurants, movie theater, and mall. Close to boat rentals, paddle board rentals, golf course and nightlife. Home of some of the best diving/snorkeling and fishing in South East Florida with many charter choices available at the Hillsboro Inlet marina that is only a few minutes from the house. The Pompano Beach municipal golf course is 1 mile away and the Greg Norman designed Pines Golf course is 15 minutes away. The Isle Casino/Racing at Pompano Park complex is 15 minutes from the house. If the desire is to explore other nearby Florida locations for day trips Delray Beach is 15 minutes away, Fort Lauderdale 20 is minutes away, and the famous Miami Beach area is 40 minutes away.

We have stayed at many rental homes and they always look great on the website but are often disappointing but not this lighthouse location home ! The house was as spacious and as beautifully renovated as it looked on the Vrbo site . Location was great and the host was attentive and personable. We would HIGHLY recommend this property and will be coming back again next year! 5 stars!

We stayed here for a week over new years. We are a family of 5. This place is clean and the heated pool as awesome for the kids! Hosts were very responsive. Close drive to the beach. I’d definitely recommend to everyone.

We stayed in this home prior to a cruise and loved our week here. The home was as pictured. The host answered questions quickly. We were impressed with how well stocked the home was. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, and the grill worked great. The house (and the one across the street) have for sale signs, so I am not sure how long this will be available on VRBO. However, as long as it is, it is a great place to call home for a vacation in warm Florida.

This house was so great. My family enjoyed our stay here. About 15 minutes away from the beach but the pool and hot tub were great. The host was responsive and great with early and late check in.

Perfect Stay

Beautiful home with every amenity you need to enjoy your stay. Spent nearly every night in the very clean pool and hot tub. Close to restaurants and grocery. Minutes to Pompano Beach Pier, but also easy drive to Fort Lauderdale Beach. Would love to stay again.

Girls weekend

BACK YARD OASIS

The house is exactly as the pictures describe. The location is convenient to Ft Lauderdale, Deerfield and Boca Raton. Various and diverse restaurants are close by. The backyard is an oasis after doing the touristy stuff all day. We are a regular user of VRBO and Homeaway etc, the have a great cleaner

We give it a 10!

We had myself, hubs, son, daughter in law and four year old grandchild with us. The house is beautiful and tons of space. The pool was incredible, it's so nice to just chill by it in the afternoon. We all decided we will be renting it again next February to get out of the Michigan cold!

We had one of the best Hosts I think I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many great ones! There was a minor glitch and this host made sure everything was perfect for us. The home is stunning and the pool beautiful. The purpose of our trip was to assess a home in Pompano we need to renovate. This VRBO was a perfect place for us to stay at. It was close to where we need to go, really gave us some ideas on what we’d like to do in our renovation.

Beautiful home and great location

The house was as advertised - clean and perfect for our needs. Three bedrooms, a large open concept living/dining/kitchen, laundry and a heated pool. The house is close to other rentals, so we did not feel like we were in the middle of a subdivision. However, the community is very lovely. Many coffee shops, restaurants, a Publix and other shopping was either in walking distance or a quick drive.

AMAZING!!

The house exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful in person!! This went down as one of my best vacations and the house was a big part of that. It had everything we needed for a romantic evening in the house, and was also in a great location to go out for some fun!! The host was GREAT and very responsive! We had an issue with the hot water in the shower and she had someone there to fix it within a hour!

Overall a nice stay.. but cleaniness of spa and pool was not a 5 star rating Also matresses were way too soft. Wi fi was not always available and needed a reset 2 - 3 times a day

Immaculate and updated interior. There were only 2 disappointments during our stay at the house. The online listing shows pictures of the outdoor pool and lounging area fully screened in. This was not the case and the screen/enclosure had been totally removed. This was one of the options we were looking for in a house as we were not sure what the fly/bug situation would be at the time of our visit. This needs to be brought to any renter's attention since the pictures are not updated to show that there is no enclosure/screen. The only other disappointment was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working. Like most people....our family likes to ice in our drinks. We had to purchase ice for the entire stay. I would recommend to people wanting a nice, updated home with plenty of room for a family of 4-6.

A wondeerful experience

My fiance and I were very impressed with the overall property. There was a lot of open space in the kitchen and living room areas. This was very useful when my two grandchildren (ages 4 and 1) visited. This included a large seated area in the living room where we would watch television on a very large TV. There was also an in-home hot tub and heated outside pool enclosed by screening. The screening kept out leaves and other debris which kept the pool very clean. We had several issues that required a call to Cathy. One was a problem with the direct TV for the 4 TVs in the house. Although this occurred on a Sunday, Cathy arranged for someone to come over within an hour and repair the problem. The front door lock also needed to be serviced and someone came to repair it within an hour. We had our golf clubs shipped to the house and they arrived a few days early. A call to Cathy and the clubs were brought inside to await out arrival. Anytime there was a problem (these were the only ones) Cathy responded immediately. The location of the house was only a few blocks from Federal Highway which made it very convenient to get to restaurants in the area and stores. If you play golf, there are about 6 very nice courses within 20 minutes. All in all the month we spent at the house made for a very nice vacation and Cathy was also very responsive to any issues that would arise.
