Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. Easy entry. Very clean. Washer and Dryer in unit. Minor issue, just one car parking space for this property, but manager helped me to resolve this problem. I will come back defiantly.

This unit has everything you could want for a stay in Breckenridge. The unit was nicely furnished, clean, and well stocked. The location was excellent and was a short walk to the Quicksilver lift and downtown. Will definitely try to stay in this unit again.

Easy check in with Sky Run properties. Condo was just right for family of 6 with beds for everyone. Slopes are just a short walk and 4 hot tubs had ample space for all the sharing. I let Sky Run know that there were only 5 glasses and they promptly brought over 8 teacups which didn’t really solve the problem, but they tried and brought chocolate too. :) beds were comfy which is my personal peeve and LR was super comfy for hanging out apres ski. My family enjoyed the stay a lot.

Plenty of space for our family of 4 with access to the hot tub/pool area only a two minute walk away. Also an easy walk to Quicksilver lift and into town. The fireplace in the living room had a faulty pilot light but management was responsive to the situation. A few updates to the bedding, window blinds (not functional), and kitchen utensils/cookware would be useful and The couch had a very strange smell to it. However the place was overall maintained and again the location could not be beat. Of note the laundry is coin operated and there is no way to make change onsite.
Dishwasher didn't work very well... very limited in effectiveness. Only two kitchen garbage bags given for a 7 night stay. We had to use others. No light over the stove.

I came here for my birthday with 3 girlfriends. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place is cozy and spacious. It’s super close to Main Street and the free trolley is convenient and easily accessible. We did have issues with hot water, but maintenance was able to assist with that over the phone. It would have been helpful if there were instructions or warnings about not turning hot water to the max. There was also leaking downstairs from the upstairs shower, so the 4 of us just showered in the downstairs restroom. Maintenance came the next day to address the issue. Otherwise communication with the host and check in/out was quick and efficient.
Three of us stayed over the Thanksgiving weekend for a guys getaway. The location provided easy access to the quicksilver lift (7 min walk in ski boots) and easy walking to downtown. We did not need to use our car the entire 5 days. Two things to note, first the unit is on the second floor, which was fine, just know there are 33 steps up. Second, the two bedrooms on the lowest level share a bathroom. The second bathroom is on the main level with the kitchen and living room, the loft area is above the kitchen. This worked fine for our group, however had our wives been along they would have wanted en-suite bathrooms. The check in was quick and easy, and communication with management was great via text. They were very responsive, and were able to accommodate a noon checkout for us on Sunday, via text messages Saturday afternoon.

Winter 2020
Lovely place to spend 6 weeks! Individually heated bedrooms were great at night. Webster grill was a huge bonus. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The location was perfect - walking distance to everything (Peak 9, town, grocery store)! Plenty of towels for bathing and for the hot tub! DirectTV with a TON of channels was an unexpected nice touch. The perfectly worn in leather couch was incredibly comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros: Location, spacious, pools, well stocked kitchen
Cons: No change machine for the laundry room, no air conditioning (which we were informed of)
We had a wonderful time and plenty of room for our party of 8. Thank you!
Perfect location for walking to the slopes. Fireplace in the living area and bedroom were great for after long days of skiing
