Nestled in the heart of nature's playground, this quiet winter vacation home is the perfect retreat for multi-generational families or friends seeking a memorable getaway. With an open floor plan, 4 spacious bedrooms featuring plush beds and a variety of sleeping configurations, the house sleeps 12 very comfortably. Cleanliness and comfort are at the forefront of this residence.
The house boasts not one, but two inviting living rooms—one tailored for the joyous laughter of children, complete with games and space to play, including a ping pong table that promises friendly competition for kids and adults alike. The other- a haven for adults to unwind. The main living room has a large wood-burning fireplace that is perfect for warming up after a day of skiing. Enjoy sitting by the fire with family and friends retelling, possibly with amplified details, the triumphs of the day.
The house has a very large, well-equipped kitchen that beckons you to create culinary delights, from cherished family recipes to new favorites. Enjoy your meal in the sanctuary of your vacation home with a table that extends to seat 10, and a breakfast bar that seats another four.
Retail therapy is just around the corner with world-class outlet shopping, and the adventurous at heart can hike starting right from the house through winding wooded trails to breathtaking vistas.
This isn't just a house; it's a home base for family bonding, adventure, relaxation, and the creation of stories that will be told for generations to come.

-Must be 35 or older to book
-No additional guests can stay other than those you have specified
-No smoking or pets
-No parties or events

Our property is equipped with an outdoor camera that allows us to ensure the cleaning and plowing services have been performed and the house is ready for guests. The camera is not monitored daily nor is it monitored for guest safety or the safety of belongings. We are a licensed in the State of NH for short-term rental.

Toni's home was outstanding! It was clean, pictures don't even do it justice. Spacious, kitchen was loaded with everything you could think of or need. Toni was a great host and so easy to work with. We enjoyed the entire place. The skies were loaded with stars and gave a phenomenal display! Thank you! We can't wait to book for next year!

Best house we have ever rented! The house was clean, the beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our week away. Came up with all our children and grandchildren and there was a placefor everyone (and 4 bathrooms..non-trivial!) We did regular golf, mini-golf, hiking, swimming, shopping, most of which was only 10 minutes away or less. A big attraction for two of our grandsons was the ping-pong table on the lower level of the house - we even had a family tournament! Toni is great on communication and quick to reply. Great place for a family getaway!

Excellent house!

We loved our stay! The house is amazing - it had the perfect arrangement of bedrooms for our group plus some entertainment for the kids. Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. We were impressed by the thoughtful welcome basket too. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

Location is great to downtown and all things a White Mountains. This is our second time staying. Such a great place, clean and large enough for all 6 of us! It was hot, but house had window fans and AC units that cooled it down enough. This is our go to place for NH!

Sibling trip

The property was exactly as described. Welcome basket for tenants which was a pleasant surprise. Beds are comfy. Short stroll to Diana's Baths. We used the outdoor gas grill. Dining room table large enough to seat 8 comfortably. Large mudroom to store shoes and coats. Overall a nice stay.

Great family vacation

Excellent vacation home, clean and clutter free with all amenities. Great kitchen, very comfortable and spacious living area for our crew of 8 adults and 2 children. Fantastic location close to hiking, swimming, stores, restaurants and Story Land. Toni was very responsive and accommodating making the booking, arrival and departures easy.

Perfect spot with plenty skiing and relaxing

This is our 5th or 6th time staying here as a group of 50 y/o men who all met in grade school. It's our guys-only winter weekend. About 1/2 of us ski and the other 1/2 just want to be comfortable hanging out watching football away from it all. Plenty of beds, plenty of pots and pans, and a great big dining table to accommodate our poker game. The ping pong table is a perfect activity too. Already looking forward to next winter, and possibly this summer as an alternative to our camping/golf trip.

Great for Multi-Generational Groups!

This is a beautiful house, with lots of space to spread out! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a big, fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms (no waiting-important with little kids!). Given that we're a multi-generational group of 12, ages 70 down to 6, it was perfect for us! There's a dining room table that extends to seat 12 people; great for meals and also for playing games (chess at one end of the table, D & D at the other!). In the fully finished downstairs, there's a ping pong table - a hit with the grandsons! We were only minutes away from North Conway Center, which made for easy shopping and some fun games of mini golf. About a mile from the house is Diana's Baths, which we walked to, passing all the cars that were waiting in line for a parking spot. We've rented several different houses at this point, but this is the only one we keep coming back to!!

Excellent stay at a beautiful property

I would definitely stay here again. The house has enough privacy from neighbors and also lots of separate spaces for family and friends to share comfortably. I brought up a concern to the host and it was fixed the next day, so great communication was helpful as well!

Making Memories!

So happy I found this property on VRBO! My family enjoyed your home so much they are hoping to plan a fall getaway also. Plenty of room especially with active 3 & 5 year old grandchildren! Clean, homey, and so convenient to Diana's Bath, Echo Lake, Storyland and downtown North Conway. We always created memories at the same place in Lincoln when my sons were growing up and now hoping to do the same here! Thank you to the owners for this opportunity!

Relaxing week

Really nice house. Has everything you might need, full kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Two decks and plenty of deck furniture. We (two families) had plenty of room to spread out. This house is centrally located to everything North Conway has to offer. We were sad to leave at the end of our week.

My family loves the Mount Washington Valley! It is breathtaking and feels like a different world, even though it is a short drive from just about anywhere in New England. When we can't be here, I am happy that others can enjoy the house and the surroundings. The first thing I do when I get to the house is read the guestbook entries. Usually, they are funny, very descriptive narratives and often include drawings that make me smile. There is something heartwarming about families and friends spending time and making memories here.
