Enjoy the best of Mount Washington Valley from this recently renovated vacation home, perfectly set up for larger families, extended families, or two groups traveling together. The home can function like two separate living spaces — upstairs and downstairs — while still being rented as one full-house.

The upper level features high ceilings, a modern kitchen with newer appliances, quartz countertops, air conditioning, and beautiful fall and winter views. The open-concept living and dining area provides plenty of space to gather, relax, cook, and enjoy time with family and friends. After a day on the slopes, warm up around the fire pit, or unwind on the porch after hiking, biking, or exploring the valley.

The lower level offers additional comfortable living space with its own upgraded kitchen, including granite countertops and updated appliances. Please note that the lower level does not have air conditioning, but it typically stays cool during the summer months.

In the summer, enjoy access to the private association beach on the Saco River. The water is cool, refreshing, and a great way to spend a warm day. Because the river naturally changes throughout the season, the beach may be sandy at times and more rocky at others, so water shoes are recommended. Families will also love being close to Story Land, hiking trails, swimming spots, restaurants, and everything the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. The Mount Stanton trailhead is a quick 10 minute walk out the front door and offers fantastic views of the southern Presidential Range and Saco River.

In the winter, the location is hard to beat — just about 5 minutes to Attitash and roughly 10 minutes to Jackson XC Center. You’ll also be within easy reach of Cranmore, Wildcat, Black Mountain, North Conway, and countless White Mountain adventures.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, river days, fall foliage, or a family getaway, this home offers a flexible and comfortable base close to it all.

The house was well stocked for anything we needed on our family of 7 vacation. Close to StoryLand and down town North Conway. We walked to swim in the Soco River and made some great memories. Before going we did have a question about the WiFi and received a very quick response. Chris checked in with us to see if we arrived safely and if we had any questions. We would stay again. Thanks for the good memories!

We had a great stay, located close to many attractions and things to do. Plenty of room for 8 of us, good size rooms. Minutes from many restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend this house!

The house was beautiful and clean. Location was great in proximity to everything we wanted to do. We had two families and it was the perfect setup where each family had there own separate space but we could also be together.

Perfect weekend away

This was a great spot for my family and grandparents to stay for a weekend away. So close to all of the attractions, nice big bedrooms, and comfortable living areas. It has all you need for your stay!

Great stay!

Great location and very well maintained. We stayed here over the weekend to catch some hikes in the presidential range and couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Very convenient to Conway that offers shopping and eating but still offers a pretty secluded feel. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

Ski Vacay

This property is amazing and well appointed. Very cozy spot with lots of thought put into family. We had so much fun on the slopes all day and relaxed in the comfy cottage every evening. Great spot- would return!!

Fantastic Getaway

We had a fantastic trip to New Hampshire. This home is so comfortable and the location is amazing. It’s close to all the action and tucked away so you get the best of both. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed a few home cooked meals. I highly recommend this property!

Peaceful home

We enjoyed a peaceful stay. The house had everything we needed, with a space for everyone as well as a nice living room space where our family hung out and played games. It was clean & cozy. The beds were comfortable & we had nice hot showers. The owners were very helpful and checked in on us to see if we needed anything.

Great spot for the mountains!

This house worked out perfectly for our group. Adults enjoyed the upstairs while the kids slept in the basement. Dual living spaces and two bedrooms on each floor made that really easy. Driveway is steep, but it’s NH… no problem.

Perfect Multi Family Getaway

The house was perfect for two families with kids. Each floor had two bedrooms and a full bath with kitchen area so it allowed both families to maintain our normal routines without disturbing each other. Location was perfect for Storyland - only a few minutes drive. Chris texted when we arrived and was very friendly and accommodating. Great experience!

We had a very nice 2 night stay at this home. It was comfortable and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was great for 2 families with a separate living space downstairs. Fire pit was nice and the decks had fun colorful lights. View from top deck was nice. A couple things we didn’t love, the bed downstairs was uncomfortable and we some trouble with the tv. The house also felt a a bit cluttered which was tough with a 1 year old, would not recommend that age stay here. Other than that, we were happy with it. Location was nice to be right near Storyland.

Ski weekend getaway

Great location! Close to ski mountains and the Saco river. The house set up was perfect for us. The kids could hang out downstairs while the adults could relax upstairs. Chris and Grace were excellent hosts. They sent detailed information on the house in advance and were quick to respond with recommendations in the area. Hope to stay there again!

Wonderful spot for a weekend away

We loved our stay in Bartlett! We were able to visit Storyland and the Mount Washington Cog Railway easily, and also enjoyed the private beach in the neighborhood too! The house was just as described, and we loved the split layout. A bit difficult with all the stairs for the grandparents, but workable for a long weekend. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, included kids toys and games too. Would definitely recommend, as long as stairs aren’t hard for your family!

Perfect for Two Families

We rented this property with another family and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for 9 of us and different floors for the kid to be while the adults could hang out too. Having 2 kitchens was great too. The location was great too - right near Attitiash and close to Bretton Woods, but far enough from ther traffic of North Conway. Chris and Grace were great to communicate with and responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

We are originally from NH and PA but currently reside outside of Boston where we own a small business and also work in biotech.

For many years, we have traveled to the Mount Washington Valley area for weekend ski trips. Once we got married we committed to finding a vacation home but never had the means or opportunity to do so. Once we had our son, we found a year-round reason to visit the White Mountains (Storyland and Echo Lake) and knew this was the area we wanted to vacation year-round. When the pandemic hit, we - like so many others - decided to make our vacation home dream a reality.

We have a small immediate family but love to vacation with family and friends. We thought this property would be perfect for two families who really enjoy time together, but perhaps not every single minute. We love that you can open up the house for all or keep to your own space. We can't wait to enjoy the house once our son is older and have he and his friends hang out downstairs while we enjoy the upper living area.
