Additionally, the entire residence was thoughtfully repainted in warm, inviting tones, and all popcorn ceilings were removed, resulting in a bright, sophisticated, and beautifully updated living space.

As you enter the condo, a hallway guides you to the first bedroom, a full bathroom, and the main living areas. The first bedroom features two plush queen-sized beds, separated by a nightstand, along with a dresser, private closet, and a flat-screen TV. It's ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun.

Directly across the hall is the shared bathroom, complete with a granite vanity offering generous counter space and storage. A large mirror and overhead lighting make getting ready a breeze, and the shower and tub combination is perfect for both quick rinses or long soaks.

Continue through to the spacious primary suite, where you'll find a luxurious king-sized bed, two nightstands, a dresser, TV, and a private closet. The attached en-suite bathroom offers a shower and tub combination with beautiful tiled walls, a granite vanity with extra storage, and another well-lit mirror for your convenience.

At the heart of the condo is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. Whether you're cooking a full dinner or heating up leftovers from one of the many local restaurants, you'll find everything you need here: cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, and more. Delivery is also easy, with Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates available in the area.

Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a cozy dining area with seating for three. Additional guests can gather in the spacious living room, which features a large sleeper sofa (queen-sized), an accent chair, ambient lighting, and a big-screen TV. It's perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day at the beach.

We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
