Come and vacation in luxury at one of North Myrtle Beach's Newest Vacation Resorts which opened in June 2004. This popular two tower luxury oceanfront building located in the Crescent Beach area at 1625 S. Ocean Blvd. offers a 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. oceanfront pool, indoor pool heated in winter, kiddie pool, 2 over-sized oceanfront hot tubs and a exercise/fitness room.
The building has high speed internet and each unit has a wireless connection. All this and more can be found on the beautiful beach of this year round family resort town just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons.
We have TWO beautiful condos with similar floor plans that are spacious 1800 square foot four bedroom/three bath oceanfront end units. Pictures posted on this page are for the NORTH TOWER SEVENTH FLOOR #25402 and the SOUTH TOWER NINTH FLOOR #1083486 .
Our condos have been professionally decorated and have sturdy dark wood and metal furniture. They have a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with a pantry, built in microwave, radiant stove top oven, breakfast bar, granite counter tops and ceramic tile floors.
There is a separate dining area with a side ocean view and the living room with its oceanfront views has sliding glass doors that lead to a 27 ft. oceanfront balcony. The balcony has table & chairs where you can relax while enjoying the ocean breeze and listening to the sounds of the ocean.
Each master bedroom has a king size bed, a private bath with a whirlpool garden tub, separate shower and a double sink. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront balcony where you can take in the spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The second bedroom has two queens. The third bedroom has a king and in the fourth bedroom there are two queens. both condos have a queen size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. The third and fourth bedrooms have a bathroom that connects them. Each bedroom has its own television. There are also ceiling fans in all the bedrooms including the living room. All the bathrooms have granite counter tops with plenty of cabinet space and ceramic tile floors.
We have a laundry room with a king sized washer and dryer in the kitchen area for your convenience. There is your own large storage room just outside the front door for all your beach items so there is no need to worry about tracking sand into the condo. Also you have plenty of closet space throughout the condo to meet your storage needs.
Parking is in the covered multi level parking garage across the street from the condo towers.There is fifteen minute parking under the buildings for drop off and pick up. Parking tags are required which we will provide. Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's & Boats are Not Allowed. Pets Are Not Allowed.
Sheets and bath towels are included on all weekly rentals however you will need to bring a dish towel, dish cloth and pot holders. The cleaning service provides a trash bag in each can, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a roll of paper towels to get you started. You need to bring any extras as well as dish soap, dish detergent, laundry supplies, hair dryer, bath soap, etc.
We are close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row and a short drive to Broadway at the Beach and many other wonderful Myrtle Beach attractions. We are about 30 minutes from North Myrtle Beach airport. There are many fun things for all ages to enjoy.
In addition to these condos we also have two other ones in the Windy Hill section. Both units are 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfronts directly on the beach. One is at Windy Village #25151 and the other is at Windsong #52803 which are only a short two blocks apart.
Monthly rentals are available October thru April. From May 26 to September 1 our rentals are weekly and Saturday to Saturday only. Daily rentals are available during the off season months. Great owners, lovely OF condo
I have always enjoyed staying at Crescent Shores and this trip was no exception. The owners are are super to work with, quick to answer any questions or emails. We did have some water damage issues that occurred while staying(through no fault of the owners) but they more than made up for the inconvenience by getting us moved to another comparable unit and refunded part of our money. They couldn’t have done any more than they did and my family and I were grateful for their prompt help with the issues. Would definitely stay again!

Nice View, but...
It is unfortunate that we have to give this rental a less than stellar review. However, we feel future potential renters need to be aware of the situation.
Upon arrival, there was construction for blocks both ways on the street and the building next-door. In attempting to park in the unloading zone we found nails, broken pipes and pieces of metal in the spaces - total mess. You also have to park across the street after you have unloaded.
We were awakened every morning by pounding jackhammers, beeping vehicles on the road, scaffolding and banging on the building next-door. The owners knew about the construction but did not inform us when we made the reservation.
When we entered the condo, we immediately noticed it was not cleaned thoroughly. We notified the owner who said they had a new cleaning crew and could get someone back the next morning. Who wants that when they’re on vacation? We ended up cleaning the balcony cigarette butts and ashes, vacuuming, dusting and trying to clean the kitchen table and counters the best we could. The owners did refund $50 for cleaning.
This condo needs a complete overhaul. All the furniture is broken down, stained and soiled. The kitchen table has a glass top on it and the underneath was so dirty we didn’t want to eat on it. The carpet is old, worn and dirty - we would not walk on it in our bare feet. Sheets, towels, kitchen towels, soap, kitchen soap, etc. are all not provided. Who knows when the blankets, bathmats, ancient bedspreads and nasty mattress pads were cleaned last. All the coffee cups, bowls, etc. are chipped and cracked. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced, the bathroom sinks don’t drain properly and there were problems with the toilet running.
Despite all the above, the oceanfront view is truly lovely.
The owners seemed very nice when we talked to them about the cleaning however, they live out of town and have not been to the unit for a couple of years. Because of its oceanfront location and beautiful view, there is potential here. Hopefully, when they see its condition, they will take necessary measures to improve it so it is up to standards for rental on VRBO.
Thank you for the feedback. The condo is cleaned after each rental however we did recently have to hire a new cleaning service. The cleaner we had for fifteen years had to quit suddenly. When these renters arrived this was the first time the new service was cleaning and there was a miscommunication on their end. We made them aware that this was unacceptable and they have since straightened the issues out. They have done several cleanings for us at all our condos since. Until this month sheets and towels were available thru the optional linen service. Our new cleaning service includes sheets and towels and we are now including them with all our rentals at no extra cost. They do not provide kitchen towels or dishcloths so you will need to bring your own. The service provides trash bags in the cans, a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, paper towels in the kitchen, a trial size of bath soap and dishwasher detergent to get you started, Some of the issues the renter mentions like the dishes, shower curtain liners, dining table, etc are the first we are hearing about them and will have them looked at immediately. We were not aware of any problem with the toilet until the next guests arrived and informed us. It was taken care of right away. The renters that stayed before these guests arrived were there for three months and never said anything about chipped dishes, etc. They will be returning next winter. We had all the carpets and furniture cleaned in January and just this week the carpet is being replaced in one of the bedrooms. The bedspreads and mattress pads were recently cleaned as part of a deep clean. They are checked for cleanliness after every rental and cleaned as needed. We have been renting our condos out for sixteen years and are constantly updating and replacing as needed. We do not accept a dirty condo as we will not tolerate that ourselves. We may be out of state but are in constant contact with our cleaners and maintenance man. We are not absentee owners. We are there every year and will be staying here in June. The city is doing some street work at the present time however that should be completed soon. There has always been very limited parking under the Towers primarily for disabled parking. Parking is always in the garage across the street. The work being done on the exterior of the South Tower is scheduled to be completed by the end of June. We hope you will consider our condo. We have many repeat renters and favorable past reviews.
We enjoyed our stay which was a reunion of old friends some whom hadn’t seen each other in 20 years we are hoping to make this a yearly trip to keep up
This is a fabulous place to stay. The condo comes with everything you need for a great beach stay. There were beach chairs, toys and even boogie boards that our group of 12 took advantage of during our stay. We had plenty of room in the 9th floor condo and never felt crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was nice to enjoy watching the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a crock pot. The owners were wonderful to deal with.

Stayed in August 2014, had such a great time! Can't wait to go back this August 2015! The condo is perfect in every way: convenient, clean, at the beach, spacious......what more do you want when your at the beach!
