Absolutely breathtaking!!  This Breckenridge vacation home is known as View Manor. Views of snow capped mountains, views of star filled nights, views of scarlet red sunsets, views from almost every window. With five star amenities, private spaces and roomy interiors, View Manor is certain to rejuvenate your 'view.' The home is tastefully adorned in Colorado lodge style with premium furnishings. Included are spacious bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. There are log accents in the entryway, quality cabinets and beautiful granite counter tops. Relax after a hard day of skiing/snowboarding in this beautifully decorated vacation house. The two gas-log fireplaces and Colorado lodge decor will help create the ultimate mountain experience. In one of the best locations in Breckenridge and Summit County, the vacation home is quiet and has beautiful views of aspen, pine trees, and the mountains. 

This home is located near a free shuttle stop that goes to the town and the ski gondola lot. This Summit county property has many amenities. The duplex is surrounded by trees and backs up to open space. A heated two car garage keeps you and your car out of the snow. Unwind in the outdoor hot tub. There is also a pool table, Playstation 4, stereo system, HD big screen TV, DVD players, VCR and games for your entertainment. There are phones, high speed wireless internet, and ROKU TV.

Awesome house close to slopes

Great property for a large group or family. Hot tub and pool tables are a nice touch. Location is excellent, just minutes from the slopes. Our family has stayed here twice and will visit again!

Great Ski Vacation!

We loved David’s place! It was clean, warm and cozy. The house is located in the mountains with a great view, and there are shuttles to Breckenridge every hour. The hot tub was amazing to have and the beds were very comfy.

Fantastic mountain escape!

The house was better than the photos! We felt lucky to have found this special mountain location for our family to reunite and enjoy some beautiful ski days. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days in the well stocked kitchen. David is easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved this home. Very tastefully done. Lots of extras like spices and cooking essentials. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal here and had plenty of pans and dishes. The location is awesome and close to town. The owner David was very nice and even put sleds in the garage for our little ones. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!

Great house

We had an amazing stay at View Manor! The house was well stocked with everything you could need. It was very clean and even nicer and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The hot tub was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to have a shuttle stop close by. David was a great host, he was very responsive and accommodating when we had trouble getting out on time due to the weather.

I moved to Denver 15 years ago from the east coast. It didn't take long to fall in love with the lifestyle and the people of Colorado. Although Denver is a great town, I've always been drawn to the mountains and was looking to spend more time up there in all seasons.

As a busy professional, I want to enjoy my free time with hiking, golf and skiing or just relax. A mountain house made perfect sense! Hiking has become a favorite of mine and I have now reached the peaks of 20 of Colorado's 50+ 14,000 and above ft. mountains ('14ers').

I've been in benefits consulting for over 30 years, helping my clients manage corporate pension programs.

Why they chose this property

Colorado has a lot of great skiing options. Since I live and work in Denver, Summit County made the most sense to locate a second home. It's just over a 1.5 hour drive from central Denver (2 hours from the airport).

Breckenridge has everything you could be looking for: a ski resort with something for all abilities, a real ski town and some unbelievable scenery. You can also access the other Summit ski resorts within 20-30 minutes, with Vail only just a few additional minutes away.

What makes this property unique

I've had the house for over 11 years now and have been experiencing what makes this house special. You get the peace and quiet of being on the mountainside with beautiful views of Quandary (a 14er) and Breckenridge. There is hiking and biking right down the street. But if you want to get into the town of Breckenridge for shopping, food and entertainment you are a very short walk to the free bus into town!

You are getting the best of both worlds!
