Inside features open floor plan, large kitchen, sleeps 8-10, all new appliances, TVs in each room. Large back yard perfect for entertaining! Relax with friends, or cookout and enjoy sunset views. This house is great for families with kids, or for groups of friends who love to travel together. Great Location! $5 Uber to Oldtown and Spring training. Right off the highway, $15 Uber to / from airport.

The house was perfect for us. Clean, great amenities, we cooked and had everything we needed. The location was awesome, close to everywhere we went. The neighborhood was quiet too. Great time!

The entire house had been recently renovated . The kitchen was very well stocked and had really nice new stove . The renovated bathrooms were also nice .There’s a very nice outdoor space by the pool and also a covered space to stay out of the sun. My only recommendation was to add a light over the kitchen sink. We had a wonderful stay !

We loved our stay at this house. The amenities were great and the beds were very comfortable. The backyard and pool had everything we needed for many relaxing days in the sun. Overall I would highly recommend this place for families!

Great location, nice house

This was a great stay for our trip. Ideal location close to downtown Scottsdale and cute house. The pool area is nice and spacious. Hosts were easy to communicate with and check in/check out was easy. Thank you! Would stay here again.

What a great house! Beds are super comfortable!! House is very well stocked- the kitchen, lots of towels, and toiletries- which was greatly appreciated! Pool is very clean as well. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house for girls trip!

The house was perfect for my bachelorette. The host had great amenities and the backyard with the pool was perfect for a day at the house. It was walking distance to a really nice trail and to local grocery stores and the good spots to go out! Highly recommend.

WM Phoenix Open

Stayed a few days for the 2025 WM Phoenix Open. House is in great condition, lots of room for hosting both inside and out. Great location, very close to Old Town Scottsdale with plenty of restaurant and bar options. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need.

Relaxing, clean, and well equiped for a family.

We stayed at this property for my daughter's graduation from ASU. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor and outdoor spaces. The property was very clean with modern fixtures. It was well-appointed, especially for cooking. There were ample towels and even extra thoughtful items, Qtips, cotton swabs, a first aid kit, etc. There were also cleaning items which I love to have access to when I am in a VRBO. Both the owner and the host were extremely communicative.

This was a perfect place to stay for a girls weekend. The house was great and pool was perfect. The communication with to owner was excellent. Super friendly and quick responses. Allowed us to leave our luggage until later in the afternoon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Teek’s 40th birthday

The property was very clean, minus finding a previous guest under garments in a room. We didn’t use the pool. The property was located relatively close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Communication with Rebecca was easy and efficient I will definitely book this property again

Perfection

This was a beautiful home and perfect location! This place had everything you could want. Yard games, out door lounging spaces, grill, pool, beautiful kitchen, pool towels to name a few. Before you go to the grocery store, see what the house already has. It had an abundance of spices and baking supplies. We loved this house so much and will definitely stay here again! I can’t say enough about this house.

Spring break stay

This was a wonderful house for our family to stay at during our son’s spring break baseball tournament. The games were at different locations across the greater Phoenix area and the house was in a perfect neutral location with easy access to the freeways. Nice, quiet, safe, walkable neighborhood. My husband even walked to a local athletic club to workout. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, coffee and extras. The beds were very comfortable and our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The host responded quickly with any questions we had and made sure we had all we needed. It was a wonderful place to stay for our family!

Location and amenities!

We enjoyed our stay at this home so much! The location was great and all of the necessary amenities were provided (K cups, spices and kitchen supplies, sunscreen, etc). A few things to consider when booking this house: there are only two bathrooms. While we comfortably slept 6 adults, bathrooms could have been a challenge. It was not an issue for our group but could have been for others who are more concerned with privacy. We also observed that kitchen settings were not adequate for a party of 10, as advertised (mugs specifically).

Excellent ladies trip accommodation

Spent a long weekend here with a party of 5 females celebrating a birthday. This house can easily sleep 8 in beds. The house is the most well stocked I’ve stayed in with all the accoutrements that any girls trip would need, including games, blankets for chilly nights, pool towels, condiments and spices galore. Our host left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco! We spent our days lounging poolside, cooking in the kitchen and nights in nearby Old Town eating in wonderful restaurants (make reservations ahead of time), 5 minutes away by car. Nice renovation in a quiet neighborhood with charming curb appeal all-over. Scottsdale seems to be changing into more of a group destination trip with ample nightlife, it’s not just a golfers paradise anymore. So much to do and see, including nearby Botanical Gardens and easy scenic hikes within 20 miles. Perfect girls weekend, not one complaint. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and great location!

This home was the perfect location and supplied all of needed amenities. The pool was clean, warm, and beautiful. Just as pictured. The host was quick to respond with questions, and gave a list of recommendations for the area. This home is so close to excellent shopping and dining experiences.
