Come and enjoy a relaxing family vacation on beautiful Lake Hartwell in this spacious 2 level home. Plenty of room for multiple families to share. This 7600 sq. ft lakefront home has space enough to sleep up to 20 featuring 7 bedrooms with 2 additional rooms with sofa beds; 5 full-sized bathrooms; 1 laundry area with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Each level boasts a fully furnished kitchen along with a large entertainment area. Breakfast area off main kitchen in addition to a spacious dining room that seats up to 10.
Master suite is located on the 2nd level and features a jet tub along with a large walk-in shower.

This was our 3rd time celebrating a family Christmas together hear. The house was perfect for all of us to prepare and enjoy family meals, accommodate multi family sleeping arrangements, play games and exchange gifts by the Christmas tree provided by the host. Well stocked for cooking and kitchenware. We love it here. Look forward to returning for our next gathering.

The home was so beautiful, all the pictures were exactly like the rooms, the house. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything label and fully equipped with anything you need. Our host Tina was so easy to ask questions and she replied back quickly.The checkin was at 4pm and she was able to allow an early check in which was great as we were able to get my sons birthday cake, and decorations.

The house was perfect for our 19-member family ranging in ages from 3 to 69. We prepared home cooked meals each day in the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of dining space for all of us. Our three nights and days were filled with making memories together in the perfect place. We felt welcomed the moment we opened the door and found a decorated Christmas tree and the large tv’s displaying holiday screens and playing quiet music. The house was a great place to be together….or separate… as needed. Football games were watched, table games were played, arts and crafts were created, movies were enjoyed, conversations were had, and s’mores were eaten by the fire pit. We ventured out to bowl and ice skate in town and ate hotdogs at Skins. What a wonderful few days to reconnect as a family! This is a great place in winter or summer!

We had a great time as a family at this house and the owner just added a new dock with plenty of room to park our boat and spend time sitting by the lake. The owner is great to work with and the house is immaculate.

This property was perfect for our large, multi-aged family. The house and lake were beautiful. We enjoyed swimming and fishing right off the dock. We never even left the property. This property is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures don't do it justice. The lake, dock and pathway down is so beautiful. It's a big huge yard, lots of parking and just a beautiful environment. The king bed in the master suite was uuuuuhhhhhmazing. We spread out some and people used pull out beds, blow up beds. The ONLY complaint I heard was the bunk bed sleepers said they could feel the springs in their backs. We felt like there was so much space, tons of outdoor seating, lots of space to spread out, eat outside...tons of outside lounge chairs, and tables.

Great home on Lake Hartwell

Tina and Mark are great to work with. The home is immaculate and great for a family vacation. The location on the lake is perfect in a quiet cove on a great part of the lake for skiing and tubing.
