6BR/4.5BA lakefront house with private dock - sleeps 14+

Come stay at the Treehouse - a lake house on beautiful Lake Hartwell, and located 20 minutes from downtown Hartwell.

The house has a massive kitchen, with a custom-made table to seat 16, perfect for making memories over shared meals with family or friends.

Everyone will have their own space at this house, with 6 bedrooms including 1 with built-in bunks to sleep 4-6. 5 of the 6 have lake views, so no one has to fight for the best room in the house!

We call it the Treehouse because the elevation of the property makes the living room feel like you’re in the trees - a wonderful setting to take your coffee in the morning.

Of course, you don’t come to the lake to sit in the house - we have a covered dock on deep water (~30 ft) just off the main body of Lake Hartwell, perfect to float off the dock, or keep your boat while you’re not out on the lake. When night falls, get off the water and enjoy a beautiful fire pit with stars overhead (s’mores recommended).

Spacious, water went out temporarily but not a huge deal. Stock was limited on paper towel, we were there during Thanksgiving but needed extra paper towel, ran out dish soap also. The path to the lake is steep, the elderly folks did not make it down to the lake.

Wonderful vacation home for a family group. Lots of room for everyone on 3 different levels of the house. Very well supplied and maintained. Spacious kitchen with wonderful massive dining table. It was so nice to have our whole family at one table for meals. Easy lake access via paved path from the house, nice dock with chairs, and plenty of vehicle parking.

Absolutely love this house! This was our third year and we already booked for next year. Perfect spot on the lake for us to swim and not worry about boat traffic. Comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Highly recommend this home especially if you have a large group. Large enough for elbow room but also cozy for game or movie night. Corrine is great with communication. Quick to respond. Always looks out for her guests!

The house was awesome, lots of space and we got lots of exercise with the 3 levels. And loved the table because everyone was able to sit in one spot to eat. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Lake House!

We loved the lake house! It had a very well-stocked kitchen that was huge! I loved spending my mornings on the lovely screened-in porch drinking coffee and enjoying the lake view. We only had one snag, a doorknob which fell off,and Corinne was quick to send a neighbor to help. The cove was quiet, the lake was uncrowded, and the kids enjoyed playing off the dock. I highly recommend this house.

Wonderful place to stay and make memories with your family. We greatly enjoyed our week and were sad to have to leave this piece of paradise. The lake was wonderful and it was easy to dock our boats right there at the house. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are super friendly. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen was awesome and we loved having the big open space downstairs to cook and hang out together. I also loved the screened porches. It was just a comfortable place to relax and enjoy time together, which is a rare event these days. I would definitely stay again. Thank you, Corinne, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

Beautiful

Very nice house, was great for our family vacation, our pets were also happy with the lake access. We rented a pontoon from a neighbor, that was very convenient, he brought it to us and picked it up when we left.The house looked like it had been vacant for a while. The toilets had some dead bugs, and there were a few in the floor. Not a deal breaker.Over all it was great!

Big house by the lake

House was great everyone had a bedroom, kitchen area huge. The only drawback for me was a lot of stairs in the house and getting to the lake from the house very steep.

Great lake house!

This is a great house for large groups! Everything was very clean and tidy. Awesome bunk room for up to 6 kids. Very nice, big, convenient kitchen and dining area in the walk out basement, which is kind of strange, but very convenient to the dock. There are a lot of steps, which might be difficult for some seniors. Take your own soap and shampoo; it wasn't provided. Also the walk down to the dock is quite steep, would be difficult for those with disabilities.

We grew up spending holidays and vacations as a family at my grandfather's 6BR house in the mountains of north Georgia, and when I decided to buy a vacation home I knew that I wanted a house that could also sleep a whole extended family. When I first saw this house, and especially the massive kitchen, I knew it would be the perfect home for hosting lots of friends and family. I hope that your group enjoys the time spent together as much as we do.
