BRING THE BOAT! You have access to the neighborhood boat ramp and our dock is included with the rental.

Welcome to "Watersedge" on Beautiful Lake Hartwell with Newly Renovated Bathrooms and A BRAND NEW HOT TUB!! This pet friendly lake house sleeps 14 in beds (queen air mattress available for 2 additional guests). Our property is perfect for 3 average sized families, a multi-generational vacation, or a friend get-away. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, king bed, twin day-bed, and trundle for little ones that like to be close to mom or dad.

Walk onto the back deck just steps from the bed and catch a lake sunrise. The main level also has two lovely, queen bedrooms; one with a brand new en-suite full bath (Queen BR #2) and a shared hall full bath, fully furnished, eat-in kitchen, formal dining room and large yet cozy living room. Older kids will love the bunk room (sleeps 6) in the basement and their personal rec room complete with ping pong, air hockey, and a variety of board games. The rec room also has a full size fridge for extra food and beverages. An additional living area and bathroom complete the basement.

Outdoor living? You bet! This house has that too. With a screened porch on the main level and remote - controlled awning on the upper deck, no need to run inside when the afternoon thunderstorms roll in. The lower deck has additional seating and a hammock perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. The hot tub is located on the lower deck.

Bringing your own boat? The neighborhood boat ramp is less than 100 yards from our personal dock.

This cove is a stone’s throw to big water so boaters won’t waste daylight traveling to open water for their favorite sports. Water Toys Included with the rental: 2 Kayaks, 2 Kid Size Kayaks, 1 Canoe and 1 Paddleboat. A short 20-minute drive to Clemson with grocery and pharmacies about 5 minutes away, you can be close to the action of college football weekends with the peace and serenity of lake life.

Home schooling? E-learning to complete? Working on vacation? Free Wi-Fi available. But we’d encourage you to pause the technology for a morning of fishing and a family ping pong tournament in the evening.

PET POLICY: Our lake home is pet friendly to dogs under 80lbs. If you are bringing more than 2 furry friends please confirm during booking! We do charge a one time $150 pet fee.

All of our TVs are smart equipped with Roku functionality. The YouTube TV and Hulu apps are loaded but if you want live TV you will need to bring your own login for these services. (You can sign up for a free trial using your email address.)

**YOUR SAFETY MATTERS Exterior cameras on outside of house DO NOT look into any interiors. Our housekeeping team takes every precaution and is vigilant with their cleaning regiment.
