Nice quiet resort

The room was nice and clean. Pete was so easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of the entire stay. Convenient location in Park City - we hit the mountain bike trails straight from the resort and it was a quick bus ride down to Main Street.

What a great studio unit, perfect for a my husband and I! The unit is tastefully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The hot tub/bath tub was a great suprise. We will be back!

Great Location

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during my trip to PC. Everything was exact as mentioned and Peter kept me updated leading up to my arrival there. The place is a few minutes walk to the base and a bus stop right outside the front entrance. I’ll definitely try to stay here again on my next to PC.

Perfect Condo for two!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Silver King! Minus an injury on the slopes, the condo was within walking distance of the lifts and provided all the essential amenities for a Ski vacation! The only thing missing was a Pizza cutter.

Early Season Skiing

I wanted a location near the lifts, but close to Park City downtown for a few days of skiiing after a business conference. This condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked & convenient. Short walk to the few lifts open that early in the season, & an easy bus ride to The Canyons. No complaints about the room nor service at all! I would highly recommend.

Christmas ski trip

Comfortable, cozy cottage style condo. Stocked kitchen. Owner put up a Christmas tree for our visit and we appreciated that. So close and convenient to Park City mountain. Pete sent us a great information packet with all the information we needed for our stay. Great property. Hot tub was great. Met people who have been coming to this property for 20 years. We recommend this place. Thank you for your hospitality.

Family Legacy Trip

Purchased 3 units including 2 children and their spouses plus 3 Grandchildren. Microwave in our unit didn't work but was promptly addressed. Only complaint that should be addressed throughout property. Bathroom fan was very loud. We were informed that we had one of the "quieter" fans. Fans simply need to be replaced everywhere. Windows around pool were being replaced. Seemed like high season, March school vacation week was an odd time of year to do this extensive replacement

Great rental property!

We arrived to a clean, spacious unit. They provided coffee, creamer, sugar, soap and popcorn. The unit had washer, dryer, jetted tub with shower, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron, blender, pots and pans, stove, microwave, crock pot and dishes for 6. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap and laundry detergent too. There were two seats at the bar as well as a table for 4 and a comfortable leather couch. There was a workout room on the same floor. One level below was a sauna, hot tub and indoor/outdoor heated pool. Parking was provided in an underground garage. A ski locker was provided on the second floor to store skis or snow boards. It is a short walk across the parking lot to the First Time ski lift. There are free city buses that can take you into the downtown shopping and dining areas. That was much easier to do than to have to find a paid parking lot.

Absolutely Perfect!!

My fiancé and I booked this property for a little retreat out west!! (From Pa) This was the absolutely perfect place! It was clean, the room was the perfect size for the two of us! It was so close to the base of the mountain which was perfect for us! The kitchen was perfect to have breakfast in the morning. The ski locker provided was so convenient! We loved every second of our stay! So cozy!! 10/10 Recommend!! Can't wait to come back to Park City!!!

The property was immaculate. Although dated it is well maintained and quiet for summer rental. If full then you may have to park in city lot next to property. Again not a huge problem. The secured underground parking is nice.

Love this place!

We loved your place so much we are already looking at dates in October :-) Very clean, nice layout, comfortable, great location. 2 suggestions, (not complaints): 1) The tub is pretty slippery. A couple of hand rails on either side would be super helpful and mitigate someone slipping and getting hurt. 2) Dimmers on the lights in the kitchen and hall would be an added feature. Park city Studio

This studio was the perfect stay for a couple. Pete was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. The unit was stocked with all you would need in terms of soaps, detergents, towels, etc. Having a washer/dryer In the unit was an added bonus. The bed was comfortable and having the couch and high top table was great. The check in process was short and sweet. Location was awesome and taking the buses to Main Street was easy with the drop off/pick up right out front of the building. If Pete will have us back, we would definitely stay over and over again!
