2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo at the base of Park City Mountain Resort

Newly remodeled in 2015, this Ski in/Ski out condo is just steps from the First Time, Three Kings and Eagle lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Park City offers world-class skiing, downtown shopping and fine dining - all within 45 minutes of the Salt Lake City airport. Additionally, beginning in the 2015-16 ski season, Park City and the Canyons Resorts combined via a new state of the art gondola to create the largest ski resort in the United States.

Our unit is located on the first floor of Snow Flower's Building II so you can literally drop your skis on the large balcony and pop in for a quick lunch. The living area overlooks the landscaped pool and hot tub area with views of the lifts and contains a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and a stereo system, deluxe leather furniture and a dining area that seats up to six. The upgraded kitchen with tiled backsplash, Corian counters and slate floors is fully furnished with chef quality cookware, knives and appliances. The kitchen also has a granite breakfast bar and a built in wine cooler.

The master bedroom also opens to the balcony and includes a King sized bed and a private master bath featuring a large jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom contains two twin beds that can be made into a King bed if desired and an adjacent bath with a jetted tub/shower. Both upgraded baths are fully tiled and include Corian counters, slate floors and new luxury towels and linens.

Property amenities at the Snow Flower include underground parking, outdoor heated pool and spa, fitness center, private locker room for ski storage and coin operated laundry facilities within the building. Outdoor tennis courts, BBQ grills and picnic tables are available during the Summer Season.

About Bill Bohls

We are from Austin, but the family has branched out in recent years with one kid in California. We are a fairly active family and love the outdoors, both summer and winter. In addition to skiing, we hike, mountain bike and water ski. Our vacations are dominated by a high level of physical activity and really great food. (If you appreciate fine dining, be sure to check out Main Street.)

Why Bill Bohls chose Utah

We have skied all over and keep coming back to Park City. We looked for years and years before buying at Snow Flower in 2014. We wanted a practical and efficient floor plan with covered parking in the building and, of course true Ski In/Ski Out convenience. We looked at a LOT of units, but knew the moment we walked in that this was the one for us.

P.S. Park City is a wonderful escape from summer heat and is an undiscovered summertime bargain.

What makes this condo unique

I know it is hard to believe, but not everybody wants to ski six hours a day. If you have skiers of differing abilities you will love the flexibility of ski-in/ski out!

The best!

We have used VRBO many times and our experience with this condo owned by Kim and Bill was the best by far. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need, the linens were of good quality, the furniture comfortable and the wine refrigerator was a nice extra. The condo did not have air conditioning, but it was never an issue with the east facing Windows and towering pine and aspen trees shading the condo. Best of all was dealing with Bill and Kim who were absolutely wonderful and readily available if we had questions. If we decide to go back to Park City, we will definitely rent this condo again.

Excellent location, family-friendly rental

We spent almost a month here with two small kids (2 years and 2 months) in June. The condo is ideally located with quick access to biking and hiking trails (just out the back door) and walking distance (5-10 mins) from the playground, library, and grocery stores. The pool was fun for afternoon playtime--only steps from the deck. The owners were very helpful and responded within minutes when we reached out to them. I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Park City.

Perfect for the Empty Nesters too

All of the five star reviews already submitted have done a terrific job of explaining Kim and Bill’s vacation condo and all that it and Park City have to offer. While most of the reviews were from families or groups, I will offer the perspective of newly liberated empty-nesters. For our first ski vacation WITHOUT our wonderful children, we vacationed at Park City with another recently empty-nested couple and were reminded of the simple adult pleasures of grilling in, dining out, skiing in, skiing out, sleeping in, or staying out. This condo was perfect for an easy, affordable, uncomplicated entry into our new norm. Take turns competing for Top Chef on the outdoor grill and balcony. Plastic only in the Pool Area and no diving in the hot tub please. Bring a couple of Board Games you thought you would never play again (the wine store is very close by). We so enjoyed this experience we invested in Epic Ski Lift Passes for 2016/17 and hope to enjoy many returns to Park City and specifically to Kim and Bill’s vacation condo in future summers and ski seasons.

Impeccable stay

We stayed 4 days at Bill and Kim's condo in end-March 2016. Everything is as shown on VRBO website :

- Location - just across Eagle and First Time lifts, true ski-in/out, easy to come down for light lunch and save some money. We could even drop our skis in the balcony at midday.

Condo - very neat, well kept and decorated. Full kitchen with lots of appliances, utensils and supplies. Perfect size for party of 4 (in this case, my family), not unnecessarily big. Warm and cozy.

Easy access to ski locker and garage. Comfortable bathrooms, one with whirlpool bath and separate shower, good towels and linens. One king bed and two twins in two bedrooms. Cable and Apple TV in living room and smart TV in bedrooms.

Contact with owner was perfect, always available. They gave us excellent recommendations to explore Park City, including restaurants, rentals, groceries stores, and other useful tips. Smooth check-in and out.

We rented a car so we didn't use the Park City complimentary bus, but if needed, the stop is very close to the condo. Park City has lots of restaurants and nice shops. There is a Tanger Outlet, a Walmart and other retail stores at Kimball Junction, which is a short drive from Park City.

Bill and Kim's lovely condo helped us enjoy our first time in Park City. We definitely recommend it and seriously hope to come back again soon! Thank you! Veronica and family

Best Location at Snowflower

We were extremely happy with the condo. The location is fantastic. It is on the first floor and the balcony offers access to walk right out of the back door to the ski slope. We have 2 small children and we were able to easily take them back to the condo during the day for breaks and lunch. The condo is was extremely clean and very well appointed. My family felt very comfortable there. We were very happy with our stay and we will definitely be back to book the same unit.

Guys Ski Trip: Great Place!!!

First of all, the owners couldn't have been more helpful or gracious during the booking of the condo. We had 5 guys stay at the condo, we could have easily fit 6 with two sleeping on the sleeper sofa. The place was perfect for us. I go out West for at least one ski trip every year and I don't think I've ever been closer to the lifts. Not only are you close to the lifts, but you're close to the lifts that can get you quicker access to the gondola that will take you to Canyons...comes in real handy when you want to beat the other skiers/boarders out to the hill for fresh tracks on powder days! After playing all day on the slopes, you are also literally just a few steps to the hot tub. The ski locker is a nice added bonus for the place as it offers safe storage each night while keeping dirty equipment out of the condo. We rented an SUV to get to the condo from the airport but we pretty much left it parked during our trip. Though the buses were easily accessible, we took Uber to downtown PC each night. This condo served our purposes extremely well by being a nice, clean, well furnished condo that is close to the lifts and offers great access to Main St in PC. I highly recommend this condo for any groups looking to enjoy their vacation!
