2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo at the base of Park City Mountain Resort

Newly remodeled in 2015, this Ski in/Ski out condo is just steps from the First Time, Three Kings and Eagle lifts at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Park City offers world-class skiing, downtown shopping and fine dining - all within 45 minutes of the Salt Lake City airport. Additionally, beginning in the 2015-16 ski season, Park City and the Canyons Resorts combined via a new state of the art gondola to create the largest ski resort in the United States.

Our unit is located on the first floor of Snow Flower's Building II so you can literally drop your skis on the large balcony and pop in for a quick lunch. The living area overlooks the landscaped pool and hot tub area with views of the lifts and contains a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and a stereo system, deluxe leather furniture and a dining area that seats up to six. The upgraded kitchen with tiled backsplash, Corian counters and slate floors is fully furnished with chef quality cookware, knives and appliances. The kitchen also has a granite breakfast bar and a built in wine cooler.

The master bedroom also opens to the balcony and includes a King sized bed and a private master bath featuring a large jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom contains two twin beds that can be made into a King bed if desired and an adjacent bath with a jetted tub/shower. Both upgraded baths are fully tiled and include Corian counters, slate floors and new luxury towels and linens.

Property amenities at the Snow Flower include underground parking, outdoor heated pool and spa, fitness center, private locker room for ski storage and coin operated laundry facilities within the building. Outdoor tennis courts, BBQ grills and picnic tables are available during the Summer Season.

About Bill Bohls

We are from Austin, but the family has branched out in recent years with one kid in California. We are a fairly active family and love the outdoors, both summer and winter. In addition to skiing, we hike, mountain bike and water ski. Our vacations are dominated by a high level of physical activity and really great food. Why Bill Bohls chose Utah

We have skied all over and keep coming back to Park City. We looked for years and years before buying at Snow Flower in 2014. We wanted a practical and efficient floor plan with covered parking in the building and, of course true Ski In/Ski Out convenience. We looked at a LOT of units, but knew the moment we walked in that this was the one for us.

P.S. Park City is a wonderful escape from summer heat and is an undiscovered summertime bargain.

What makes this condo unique

I know it is hard to believe, but not everybody wants to ski six hours a day. If you have skiers of differing abilities you will love the flexibility of ski-in/ski out!

Fantastic condo perfect location!

Bill and Kim were wonderful to rent from they answered any questions promptly. The condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable with great linens, the kitchen was fantastically well furnished and the condo has an overall wonderful comfortable feel.

We enjoyed a month here this summer and the condo is in a great central location for hiking(out your back door) or biking. This really is heaven in the summer, lots to do from concerts and great restaurants to paddle boarding and adventure sports. I highly recommend Park city and more importantly Bill and Kim's condo to anyone looking to enjoy the most beautiful mountain summer...you won't regret it!

Location + Customer Service = A+

Family of 4 for 4 nights! Arriving in Park City at midnight, I was hesitant to contact Bill with a minor door problem BUT he called me back and handled everything in the wee hours. This is an example of the excellent customer serviced received from day one. The condo was well equipped (thank you for the humidifiers) and comfortable. Cable, WiFi, Apple TV and multiple TVs made for a nice electronic package. It was an easy walk to take the kids to ski school every morning and easy to access food and beverage. Every afternoon, I could let the kids take the lifts at the condo and ski back down to us. This gave the kids plenty of freedom in close proximity. The hot tub and pool were steps away from the porch for a quick afternoon plunge. Easy access to downtown and the main roadway. I loved the location!

Fantastic!

My Husband and I, with another couple, have just spent 2 weeks in this great condo.

We have stayed in the Snow Flower complex before and having done so we know that this condo is in one of the best locations for ski in and out - plus the advantage of being on the ground floor.

Beds are important and we had the 2nd bedroom, which was 2 singles made up as a King bed. It is not often this concept works well but with the very thick sponge overlay our king bed was fabulous. Our friends in the master bedroom were very happy.

We ate in 50% of the time and found the kitchen to be beautifully equipped and there were plenty of cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery.

The booking process was the best I have experienced right from the initial contact with the owners Bill and Kim. The response was fast and we felt completely comfortable. Check in instructions were accurate and very easy. We will book again.

Excellent, as usual!

We stayed 5 days at Bill and Kim's condo for the second time (my husband, me and our 20 & 18 y.o. son and daughter). It felt like arriving home - an oasis after a long trip... The condo is fully equipped with quality items, especially in the kitchen. We had everything we might need for a nice ski vacation - true in-out (left skis in the locker and boots in apartment), good bathrooms (master with big jacuzzi plus shower, and second bathroom with whirlpool tub), fluffy towels, comfy beds, cozy ambiance. TVs in rooms and living-room. Laundry is coin-operated ($1 wash/dry ea) on 2nd floor. Parking requires permit (provided by Bill), but no specific lot is assigned to the condo. Outdoor hot-tub is also very close and popular about 4 pm... Snowflower also has a gym, which we didn't use. Location within Park City is great, as you're 10 min. from downtown (worth a visit!), 30 min. from Kimball Jct. (I-80) (Walmart, Smiths, Wholefoods, Red Rock Microbrewery, Tanger Outlets). Everything is in impeccable order and maintenance to make your vacation easier. Condo is perfect for 4 people, but could accommodate 6. Communication with Bill & Kim was also smooth. Will gladly return many times! Don't miss it!

Bill and Kim are gracious hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo is in perfect condition. The location is just next to the Eagle Lift and truly ski in/ski out. We will definitely look to stay there again when we return to Park City.

The best!

We have used VRBO many times and our experience with this condo owned by Kim and Bill was the best by far. The condo was immaculate, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need, the linens were of good quality, the furniture comfortable and the wine refrigerator was a nice extra. The condo did not have air conditioning, but it was never an issue with the east facing Windows and towering pine and aspen trees shading the condo. Best of all was dealing with Bill and Kim who were absolutely wonderful and readily available if we had questions. If we decide to go back to Park City, we will definitely rent this condo again.
