Ko'Olina est une communauté tranquille, avec piscine / bain à remous / barbecue au centre de loisirs. Ce condominium a de beaux planchers de bois franc en noix de coco partout et est entiÚrement climatisé; laveuse / sécheuse, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, garage 2 voitures. Internet haut débit sans fil! TVHD dans chaque chambre! Chambres récemment mises à jour: Master King, Queen BR # 2, 'Murphy' Full-size BR # 3. LIMO voiturette de golf, clubs de golf et vélos disponibles [moyennant des frais supplémentaires]. Accepte maintenant les chÚques électroniques ou les cartes de crédit !!! Séjour minimum de 30 jours.

Place met our needs with 3 bedrooms. It was nice to have an AC in each room. Bathrooms a little outdated, but everything else was great!

Ko'Olina Fairways Condo

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. The property has access to the Fairways pool. The Lagoons are within walking distance(great morning walk). The condo is fully equipped kitchen and washer & dryer. We had a great time there

Convenient location

Enjoyed staying at the Fairways in Ko Olina. The Fairways property itself was well maintained. The Lanai on this unit was small, but big enough for 4 or 5 friendly adults to visit out there. I spent a good deal of my time outside on the Lanai watching the golf carts, birds and feral cats with a cup of coffee. It is easy walking distance to the pool and walking distance to the lagoons. Kevin was quick to respond to questions. There was a common area that my 2 œ year old granddaughter could play in. Inside the kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of linens and towels, though worn. Appears to be a long-term rental property. Some maintenance and cleaning are needed. Be advised: The golf cart is old and has manual steering. That did not prevent us using it and enjoying it. The bicycles are in poor condition. My son did take his daughter on one ride, but we made sure to take the pump with us. The printer is missing parts and the cord. We enjoyed our stay as did our guests. We will be back to Ko Olina next year.

Good value for families

Great location. Nice walk to the lagoons and light shopping / restaurants. The golf cart is a definite value add and favourite of the children. The property is no frills, but well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Heavy duty washer/dryer is perfect for a family. Outdoor patio is limited. No sunrise or sunset views from property. Overall excellent value and would stay here again - 5 stars.

KoOlina Home

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the home. The beds were comfortable except for Murphybed. It was disappointing that the unit was on the second level. Did not see or it was not mentioned in the discription that there were stairs. Kevin was great about responding to questions. Everything that you would need was provided. The use of the golf cart was very convenient.

Perfect location for family get away

This condo came exactly as advertised: child-oriented, quiet upscale neighborhood, durable furniture, easy to enjoy. The kitchen supplies were abundant, with a food processor, plenty of plates and glasses, Wolfgang Puck pots n pans, lovely wine glasses. The circular community pool was absolutely outstanding. We had 6 in the condo + local family members (14 total) all getting together for dinners at the pool some evenings 
 perfect, easy setting. A couple of questions came up and the owner was very responsive. 18 steps up to the second story unit. Washer and dryers were a huge asset. Golf cart was the icing on top.

We loved our stay at this location. Very nice home with everything you need for a comfortable and homey stay. Walking distance from the lagoons. Easy check-in and check-out. Communication was very good and prompt. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and quite stay

Had a nice family stay over the new year holiday. It rained the entire time so it was great to have access to the washer and dryer. Place was clean and well organized. Communication between Kevin was great and would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.

Great property for family! Host was good to work with. The location in Ko’olina is beautiful, with access to a great beach lagoon that is fantastic for children! We would definitely rent this condo again!

Felt like HOME!

This place was perfect for us! First off, let me preface by saying that this place feels like home because it IS someone's home. It felt like walking into my Aunt's condo on Kaua'i from the 90's. Every room is air-conditioned so you can sleep in comfort. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs- HUGE plus for us since we spent 2 weeks there for a work-training and had to prep lunch everyday and had dinner at home most nights. Other major wins: -Washer and Dryer in the unit was AMAZING!! -Trash receptacle is right across the unit, so you don't walk far to throw it out. -Pool access -The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. My sister and I went running at 8pm most nights. -Wifi and entertainment were great if you even need it. -You can rent the bikes or golf cart to take quick trips to the beach or shopping center up the road. Anything you need grocery or shopping wise is only 1 exit away in Kapolei- Costo, Target, mutiple restaurants, Ka Makana Ali'i shops, etc. This place was more than we could ask for, especially since a room at the Hampton (no ammenities) was the same price as the per-night rate we spent here. 11/10 would recommend!! Mahalo for having us Kevin!

Great property, sooo close to the beach/lagoons

Our family of 7 had a great vacation, so thankful this property was available. The golf cart was used more than our rental car, getting us to/from the lagoons and starbucks.

Needs work but convenient location

We were surprised and disappointed when we arrived To see how dated everything was. We paid quite a lot for the week and we were disappointed in how shabby things were. This place needs a deep cleaning, paint, and minor repairs. Having the golf cart to get around was a life saver as the lagoon parking lots are always full and you can zip right in with s golf cart.

Cozy yet spacious unit

Very spacious upstairs unit, stocked with all kinds of MUCH APPRECIATED amenities! My husband and I, along with our 3 young kids enjoyed our stay at Kevin’s property very much! There was an abundance of towels (bath and beach/pool) and beach/pool toys (floaties, body boards, pool noodles, sand toys). The full kitchen was stocked with cooking and eating utensils and the working washer and dryer were a bonus! We also rented the golf cart from Kevin and that was such a fun way to drive around Ko’Olina- the lagoons, Paradise Cove, Ko’Olina station (a plaza with a small ABC market and several restaurants and boutiques). Bikes are also available to rent from Kevin as well, helmets and pump included! The condo community is SO FRIENDLY and embodies the whole Aloha spirit! We met and talked with several locals, the pool area was really nice to just sit and chat, the pool is huge! We totally recommend this property, especially if you want a quiet neighborhood for a relaxing get away. You can drive the golf cart to the lagoons- apparently there USED to be a designated parking area for golf carts only but we were not able to find any spots like that. A local had told us that they had removed the designated golf cart parking but if you are able to chat with a parking attendant at the parking lots- they MIGHT let you squeeze in and park the golf cart in a small tucked away space. We cannot wait to return to this property!

Perfect location!

We loved the quiet, relaxed location! The access to the lagoons with the golf cart was perfect- we watched the amazing sunsets there almost nightly. Kevin answered any questions we had prior to our stay and had many beach items for us to use in the garage. The AC worked well in all of the rooms and having the washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. The three bedrooms was perfect for my family of 5. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious but Time for TLC

We liked the condo and all the space for our (adults) family. Everyone was able to congregate or retreat as needed. Loved the conveniences (washer/dryer). Rented the bikes and golf cart but were too busy to use them, lol! Furnishings pleasant though a bit worn: mold in master bath was a bummer. Owner very helpful and communicative. There is no “view”. It’s a backside condo in a quiet golf course community. We had a great time. 😀

Affordable stay

Great affordable property with in the Ko’ Olina compound. The golf cart was great for loading up the group and heading to the beach. Nice comfy beds and good size kitchen. Would stay here again

A peaceful paradise

Our family stayed here for a week, and it was beyond our expectations. We were able to take the golf cart around the resort - to the store, dinner, and lagoons. The house had everything we needed. We watched the sunset every night from the lanai, and woke up to birds singing, and roosters crowing. It was amazing!! I definitely loved that we were in a quiet neighborhood, not crowded with tourists. We were able to make our own food for breakfast and lunch. It was like being in our own home, away from home.
