This exceptionally large, bright, spacious floor plan has three beautifully decorated bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
Located in the beautiful Ko Olina Kai gated community with a location that overlooks a lush greenbelt and has quick access to the walking path to the newly updated pool and cabana area is just a short distance (8-12 min walk) to the beach, golf course, shops & all other amenities that Ko Olina Resort has to offer.

The great room on the first floor is a cozy gathering place with a large living room, high ceilings, a 50-inch smart flat-screen TV with cable/Wi-Fi, a dining room with a large dining table, a high-end fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. The downstairs patio opens to a view of a beautiful green winding walking path to the pool. The villa is beautifully and professionally furnished and stocked. Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs.

The master suite has a plush King bed, a large TV in the armoire, and a beautiful master bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower, double sinks, and a private soaking tub. The upstairs lanai is located via a sliding door off the master bedroom. Relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the green space from above.

The second upstairs bedroom has a Queen and a twin bed, all with high-quality linens. There is a 34' smart TV for your enjoyment. The bathroom just outside the door has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, located conveniently on the first floor, has a plush queen-sized bed and a 34' smart TV. This room is very private and has a full-size bathroom outside the door.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you need to create delicious meals. The dining room set seats 6, and there are three counter-height barstools for the kitchen breakfast bar.

A separate laundry room features a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The townhome features an uncommon double-long driveway that can fit 2 small/medium-sized cars.

Cable TV and wireless internet are fast and great for Zoom and video calls/meetings. It is perfect for working from home and online/home-school students. High-quality linens are provided.

The location of this townhome is within easy walking distance to the Resort's fabulous white sand lagoons, championship golf course, and Roy's restaurant.

Really great place to stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house was clean, well stocked, and beyond what you would expect for most places. Kathi was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. We stayed for a month and would have loved to stay longer. The home was really comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. There were lots of extra items there for children and beach use that were appreciated as well. The location and neighborhood are great and easy walking distance to the lagoons. Golf carts are available but it was honestly easier to walk where we wanted. Several good restaurants and stores right there. You can’t beat it! We would gladly stay there again!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio every morning, being able to easily walk to the beautiful pool to BBQ was also great! We have stayed in Ko Olina many times, and this condo and neighborhood is our favorite! We look forward to coming back and would love to stay here again! Thank you!

Amazing place to stay with family

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Kathi’s home so much. There was so much room and plenty of beds for everyone that were super comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our stay. We definitely felt at home here and Kathi was just a text away if we needed anything. The pool at this complex is absolutely perfect especially for kids as there is an area that is about 1.5 feet deep so our younger kids could just jump in and get out no problem. The house was just a short walk away from lagoon 1 and a small shopping center with restaurants and shops. We will definitely be coming back again! The Ko Olina area is gorgeous.

Great Place! Spacious, comfortable, and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay in Ko Olina at this spacious 3 bedroom condo. Quiet complex. Close walk to ABC store and Disney Lagoon. It was our home away from home for a month. Kathy has the place decorated very nicely and included all things needed to make our stay enjoyable. We had strollers and beach toys to bunkbeds for our grandkids which really helped to make the trip fun for them. It was clean and well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back.

Fantastic house!

We are a family from Norway and we stayed at this house for our Hawaii vacation in June/July-17 (a whole month). We were several generations (kids, parents, grand parents) and everyone was very happy about the house and its location. The house was very clean and spacious and had all the things we needed to make our vacation great. We just loved the location of the house - only a few meters from the pool and walking distance to golf court, beach lagoons and the Ko Olina center. Ko Olina is a very beautiful place and we would love to come back to this paradise again. We would highly recommend this house to others :-)

Excellent Accomodations!

My family and I stayed at this great home in December/January for a second year in a row. The home is very clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen, and all the comforts of home. We stayed with our young kids and grandparents and the place suited both generations very well. The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach lagoons, a few steps to the pool - and KoOlina is the most beautiful place on this island. Would absolutely recommend this villa to others and will be returning ourselves.

Great place to stay

My family of four stayed at this property for a month while waiting for our house. It was a great place to get settled temporarily, my son started school and I was able to cook meals for the family. Having a pool within walking distance and the lagoons nearby was an added bonus. The villa is very nice and clean. The owner is very accommodating (we booked at the last minute and didn't have a computer to print forms, she helped us work through it all to get us in the property).

My vacation stay at Ko'Olina Kai

The unit I rented was very close to the pool, management office as well as the front gate to this community. The unit was very well presented and clean. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is it! Very close to the beach and restaurants within the area. When I had to contact the owner, any issues were immediately resolved. Although it was only me and my husband, this is something I could rent again should I bring my entire family back home for a visit.

Fantastic!

My family and I spent our Christmas holiday's here and loved it! The kitchen was well stocked, the home was very clean, spacious and perfect for a family with kids. The pool was only a short walk away and the nearby lagoons are beautiful and perfect for young children. We were able to enjoy regular walks to the nearby ice cream shops, coffee shop and restaurants. We absolutely love Koolina, and will be back next year.

Home in paradise

We really enjoyed our stay here!! It has all the amenities and comforts of home. Ko'Olina is a beautiful place to relax. The pool is perfect, and the nearby lagoons are great for families. We forgot some of our souvenirs in the home, and they went out of their way to quickly ship them to us. The owner/ management are great at answering any questions or concerns. If you'd liked to visit O'ahu, but do not want to stay in the congested tourist area, then this is the gem for you!

Wonderful townhouse, wonderful place to stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. Upon arrival, the place was clean and well maintained. My nephews really enjoyed using the pool, and also the short drive to the lagoons. My dad likes to walk and he really enjoyed the strolls around the Ko Olina community. The unit is a short walk to great restaurants, coffee and a general store. We would definitely consider staying in the unit again. The owner was very easy to deal with and responsive to all our questions. The townhouse was spacious and the kitchen was great for cooking at home. We felt quite safe in the unit and the Ko Olina Kai community. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Our favorite place to stay

This review is late since our stays were in December 2011 & 2012 but with returning to the hustle & bustle of the holidays, we forgot to post our reviews. Both stays were fabulous and we are now starting to plan our 3rd stay at the same property. We visit family on Oahu every year and have rented various places in Ko Olina and this on is our favorite. It's large, clean and the community is quiet. My husband grew up on Oahu so we like to go and "live" there versus staying in hotels or touristy areas. This location gives us the best of both worlds (local and tourist) as my daughter and I still like to be tourists too. We are a short golf cart ride to the beach, the pool/hot tub is the best among the community condos. Of course the timeshares on the beach have nice pools but we like this complex for the residential feel. The Paradise Cove luau is just down the street so it's very convenient. It's an easy drive to all the other attractions on the island. The owner of this property is very accommodating and helpful. This is our home away from home when on the island.

Great condo at Ko Olina

This Ko Olina condo is exactly as described by the owner on VRBO. We were a group of 8 visiting my son & his family stationed in Honolulu. We enjoyed the Ko Olina area because of the relatively close proximity to Pearl Harbor without the traffic problems associated with Honolulu. The condo itself is beautiful, clean and spacious. Loved the balcony and lanai areas. The complex has a great pool and the area is quiet. The beach is a 15 minute walk from the condo or a short golf cart ride away. The beach is safe--no large waves and no jellyfish that were a problem at many of the unproteceted beaches we visited during our stay. The only downside to the propery is that the grill is at the pool--which means transporting all of your food, soft drinks, etc to the pool and then ensuring that there is a grill available for use--during the Memorial Day weekend the 3 grills were frequently "reserved" and unavailable. I appreciated the owner being available by phone for some minor issues we had and would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay on Oahu and avoid the hassles associated with staying in Waikiki.

A great place

Aloha, Our family of four adults and three children returned from Oahu on the 21st of October after spending nine days at this wonderful condo. The pictures don't really do it justice - it is a truly lovely. There was plenty of room for all of us. The unit and the surroundings are very clean and well kept. The nearby lagoons are perfect for small children, and for the older ones it is only a twenty minute drive to Kalaeloa Beach, Barber's Point. Best of all - no crowds. If Waikiki is not your thing, Ko Olina is. We would recommend to get the golf cart, though, as it would be quite a hike to the lagoons. We'd love to return in the future.

Highly Recommend

My family and I stayed in the unit for a week in July. We could not have had a better experience. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The pictures don't really do the property or townhome justice. We took advantage of all the amenities including the spa and lagoons. Perfectly designed and beautiful. Everything we could have asked for and more!
