Located in coveted Blue Jay Bay, Lake Arrowhead, Nine Arrows Lake House is a light filled, luxury boutique retreat. Nothing else like this lovely lake front cabin in all of Arrowhead.

Two newly renovated well appointed cabins attached by a breezeway create the perfect vacation spot for your group or multiple families. Our two sister cabins offer guests a sense of togetherness with the option for complete privacy. Sleeps 9, chef's kitchen, movie room and private deck.

Walking in you are greeted by a stunning living room glittered with sunlight filtering through the endless trees outside of the wall of windows. This beautiful room also features a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Play your favorite record, board games or just cozy up and read a book.

The gourmet kitchen is welcoming, bright and very well stocked with every kitchen item you need to make your stay easy, fun and maybe even better than home. With a double oven, new range top, farmhouse sink, brass accents and zinc top wood island, you can make all of your dining dreams come true. Eat or hang out on the expansive deck nestled in the trees looking out to the lake or in the cozy dining nook with built in banquette.

Upstairs in the main cabin you'll find a beautiful modern rustic bathroom and a large master bedroom with a dreamy king size bed, flat screen TV and a cozy window seat that looks out to the majestic forest below. A second large bedroom features two double beds and a relaxing swinging chair.

Through the breezeway from the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer to make your stay even more comfortable. You then enter the second stunning cabin (a master bedroom so pretty you would think it was from a magazine!) with heavenly queen bed, flat screen TV, lounge seating and a perfectly equipped kitchenette.

There is another modern rustic bathroom on the lower level. Up the stairs is a fantastic loft bedroom with 3 twin beds and vintage camping cot.

Below the deck is a rec room for everyone. Cool and cozy, you and/or your kids can spend hours hanging out there.

What sets Nine Arrows Lake House apart from the pack is not only the design and the attention to details, but the beds! The beds are what dreams are made of. Imagine finishing a perfect day on crisp sheets and high end mattresses and toppers and lofty duvets. Every bedroom has views of the forest and peeks of the lake.

Don't feel like sitting on the deck or going to the village? Hang out on our peaceful plateau with a hot coffee or wine in the Adirondacks or grab a yoga mat from the rec room and let the view take your breath away.

Each TV has Netflix and cable for your pleasure and every room has Wifi.

A short 2 minute drive from Jensens Grocery in Blue Jay or Lake Arrowhead Village. Want more fun? A quick 7 min drive takes you to Santa's Village for year round entertainment!

PLEASE NOTE:
- No parties, events or for profit functions allowed
- Lake Arrowhead has a strict noise restriction policy and quiet hours are 9pm-7am
- No air mattresses or sleeping bags are allowed on the property
- Sleeping in the rec room is NOT permitted (sleeping only permitted in the 4 bedrooms per SB County code)
- This is a non smoking property (this includes vaping)
- No wood burning on or around Arrowhead woods
- No pets allowed
- Cabins sleep 9 per county code but you may not bring extra guests beyond what you are contracted for unless authorized prior to stay.

** ANY violations to these rules or rules stated in messages to you will result in immediate eviction without refund of rental monies as well as loss of security deposit. **

**The Arrowhead Lake Association, the governing body of the lake, has just implemented new rules regarding short term rental guests.

If you wish to use the lake trails, each guest over 18 years of age would be required to register with the ALA. To register, you will make a short trip to the ALA office at the village which is a few minutes from our cabins. You will have to do the following to receive a wristband in order to walk the lake trails, swim in the lake and sit on the open lake strips:

- Present the rental agreement (We will provide one for you. For this we will require the name of each guest over 18. This can be added through Airbnb)
- Show ID that matches rental agreement
- Sign a liability waiver/agreement

These wristbands are $10/day per guest over 18 years of age.

*Unfortunately the ALA has restricted all short term guests use of Beach Clubs and private docks. We understand this may be frustrating and please know this is for us as well.

This is also new to us so we will do our best to assist and walk you through the process the best we can. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

If you do not wish to use the lake trails, beach strips and lake you do not have to register.
