Beautifully designed, fully updated 2BR/2BA beach home located in the quieter north beach area, just 50 steps to the sand & close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops and bars, Clearwater Marina and the fabulous Pier 60.

This showpiece home features an open plan living area with dramatic hardwood flooring, large sectional sofa, 60” TV, fully PACKED custom kitchen with Schuler cabinetry, matching stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, glass-door beverage cooler, LED lighting, pantry closet and large gathering island with extra-deep Krauss sink. Other features include:
• Master suite with King size bed, walk-in closet, small work desk, wall-mounted TV and lots of morning sun, plus a master bath with step-in shower and dramatic floor to ceiling tile.
• Second bedroom with Queen Casper cooling mattress, large closet and wall-mounted TV
• Hall bath with marble flooring and step-in shower
• Stacked washer/dryer inside the home
• Oversized front deck with large cushioned sofa, gas BBQ and landscape for added privacy
• Entry/sand porch convenient for storing beach gear and hanging towels. Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas, along with beach towels all provided!

After a complete renovation, we are offering this home to rent for the first time. Sedgwick House is especially suited for people in search of a unique, high quality and authentic experience. It's the place other people point at when they walk by! Perfect for extended stays or weekly stays. Sedgwick house offers everything you need for the perfect vacation experience.

What's provided: Parking, hi-speed Internet, all linens & towels, paper products, beach chairs, umbrellas, Iron, Ironing board, Hair dryer, coffee maker & filters. Kitchen fully supplied w/ dishes, pots & pans, kitchen essentials. BBQ grill, and washer/dryer inside the house.

We continue to offer free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, but STRONGLY SUGGEST TRIP INSURANCE (offered at check-out) to protect you for cancellations inside 30 days.

The Sedgwick properties altogether include the 1BR/1BA cottage (VRBO listing #884439) at the rear of the house and the "tiny house living" studio (listing #925206), also at the rear of the property. This is a 1925 Old Florida beach property that has been completely transformed into one of the finest residential properties on the beach.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00. Late check-ins okay.

Amazing Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! 50 Steps to the beach and close to the stip. New Pickleball courts within walking distance were a nice surprise too. Beautiful house and very clean! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Spring break 2025

Loved everything about this house! My family of 4 had such a great time on our spring break. We prefer house living over condo living and this was perfect. So close to the beach and everything else you would need. Hope to visit again in the future.

Excellent cottage

Cottage was immaculate, well furnished, and a perfect location! Loved the private deck, and the layout of the cottage is perfect for 2 couples - it was only my husband and I, but we would definately return either alone, or with another couple. Owners were great communicators.

Rob & I both grew up in California. I'm from the small coastal town of Santa Cruz. Rob grew up in Whittier, outside of LA. We met at an Anaheim Angels baseball game, eventually got married, moved to Atlanta & raised two kids. Before we knew it the kids were grown, flew the nest & we decided to leave the corporate world and live in Clearwater Beach full time. We're in the process of restoring our fourth Old Florida home and are excited to manage & host these wonderful properties to visitors from all over.

Clearwater Beach has so much character. It is surrounded by the most beautiful water. It is a combination of Old Florida & Modern vacation destination. The town offers something for people of all ages. The locals are friendly. The weather is perfect. During one of our trips down to Clearwater, we walked some of the neighborhoods & saw the opportunity of Sedgwick House waiting for us. And it's so close to the beach! There was no question that we were going to bring it back to its original glory so that it could be enjoyed for many more years to come.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Sedgwick House has the ideal location. It takes seconds to get to the sugar white sand. It's situated close to the North Beach which is quieter than the Southern part of the beach, yet within easy walking distance to all the action. It's also along the Jolly Trolley trail which can take you all over the Clearwater area. You can leave your car in the driveway during your entire stay!
