Welcome to Moorings 83, a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation villa in the desirable Palmetto Dunes Resort on Hilton Head Island, less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. Both of your balconies have a landscape view, but sit, be still, and if the surf is up, let the soothing sound of the breaking waves lull you into total relaxation.

The signature split floor plan of this raised 1st floor end unit in The Moorings Hilton Head complex offers maximum privacy. Upon entering, the tiled front foyer opens to two separate areas of the villa. On the right is a second small foyer that provides access to a full bath, with a walk-in shower and stack washer/dryer, and then leads to the main living area. The galley-style kitchen features new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances, as well as tile flooring and a large dining/serving counter with four stools that overlooks the living/dining area.

The formal dining area has a table with seating for six. The adjoining living room features a comfortable seating group with a sofa and two chairs, a Flat screen TV/VCR/DVD, a large sunny window wall, hard wood floors throughout the family area, and a slider door on each side of the room, which open to two separate balconies.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a Flat screen TV, a large side window, a slider door to one of the balconies, and a private bath.

Returning to the entry foyer, door "84" on the left leads to a spacious bedroom featuring two queen beds, a flat screen TV, a slider door to the second balcony, and a private bath.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week. Limit: 2 cars.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly and allows up to TWO (2) dogs MAX; 75 lbs. per dog. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 per dog to be paid directly to Sunset Rentals.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
