Located on the historic Old Route 66 it's an easy drive or Uber/Lyft ride to most Flagstaff attractions such as The Lowell Observatory (where Pluto was discovered), The Orpheum Theater, and Northern Arizona University (NAU). This brand new construction comfortable 3 story townhome includes a bunk room with 4 full sized twin XL beds, a room with a queen bed, a master suite with king bed, and a bonus room with a twin bed that pulls out into a double twin. A large kitchen fully stocked with kitchenware for making meals at home and an electric fireplace to help keep cozy on cold nights are all part of the experience while staying at this Railroad Springs home. In the hot summer days, this property does feature central air conditioning unlike many Flagstaff properties ***A/C is available when daytime temperatures are above 70F degrees (14C) - generally Memorial Day to Labor Day

We enjoyed our stay in Flagstaff. It was great to be able to park in the garage. Home was clean. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Could use coffee/tea/sugar and maybe some cheap storage containers. A few games would be fun to have and maybe a deck of cards. It is a beautiful home, thank you for sharing it with travelers.

We loved our week in Flagstaff! Such a great town with easy access to the South Rim, Sedona, the trifecta of local National Monuments, Bearizona and the lava tube. Not to mention everything downtown and the Lowell Observatory has to offer.

This was a great gathering spot for the whole family! We had 6 adults and three children and had more than enough room. Plenty of items stocked in the kitchen as well, so we were able to cook some of our meals as well. While the neighborhood isn't walkable, it is a quick drive to everything!

Great for a group getaway

We were in Flagstaff for a football tournament and wanted something close to NAU, with room for a couple of families that didn't break the bank. This place was perfect. Everyone had plenty of room, bathrooms, and a nice big kitchen.

It was a great stay for the weekend. It was comfortable and the accommodations for us worked out well. The place was clean and we didn't have any issues. I would definitely rent again for another weekend trip. Parking is limited for larger-sized vehicles (Yukon, Suburban, etc.) I'd say plan accordingly for larger vehicles.

Hiking Flagstaff trip

The apt was very nice, has more than enough beds for our group! The location is close to supermarket and restaurant. We had a little problem with the door code and the owner was very helpful. We definitely will rent this apt again!
