This house is the perfect location in Flagstaff whether you're doing some local sight-seeing or traveling to nearby must sees, such as the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona, Jerome, or Williams. It's just a short walk to the main Downtown area of Flagstaff which boasts many bars, restaurants, art galleries and shopping. The home is located right off of Fort Valley Road (Highway 180), which is designated as the San Francisco Peaks Scenic Road. This will take you to the entrance of Snow Bowl Road in just 6 miles, so you don't have far to travel if you're looking to hike one of the many urban trails in the summer, take in the changing colors of the leaves in the fall, or ski/snowboard in the winter months. Keep going another 70 miles and you'll soon be at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, just about an hour and 20-minute drive.

We very much enjoyed this clean and spacious home. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay in Flagstaff. It was close to Mt Humphrey and hiking trails, groceries and had a well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Hope to be back when we return.

This is a cute little house super close to downtown Flagstaff. We enjoyed sitting in the morning shade in the front patio area. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice house. Exactly as pictured. Very clean. Angie responds to texts almost immediately and resolves any requests quickly. Very convenient location. Only possible negative is that it’s very close to a busy road so there is traffic noise. No problem with windows closed.

Great property!! The house is so clean and organized -- lots of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have for our visit. Our host, Angie, gave us excellent instructions and was quickly responsive to any questions we had. The location is just perfect for visiting Flagstaff -- close to getting a road out of town and very close to the downtown area. We took advantage of both with a trip to the Grand Canyon and lots of shopping and enjoying the vibe downtown. We highly recommend this home!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Angie’s Vrbo in Flagstaff! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and so thoughtfully put together. The home had everything we needed and felt welcoming the second we walked in.Angie was an incredible host — responsive, kind, and made the entire experience seamless. The location was perfect, close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. You can truly tell she cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a great experience.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Flagstaff. You're a 5-10 minute walk from the bustling downtown area that has food, entertainment, and great local shops/galleries on every corner. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the NAU campus and is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood in Flagstaff.
