About Cory & Renee Lochridge
Renee and I were born and raised in Tucson, AZ. We moved to Flagstaff to attend Northern Arizona University. We lived in Flagstaff for nearly 15 years before moving back to Tucson.
Cory & Renee Lochridge purchased this House in 2004
Why Cory & Renee Lochridge chose Bellemont
In 2004 Renee and I decided to purchase the Ice Cave house. The house was used as a primary residence until 2013 when we decided to convert the house into a vacation rental. The location is ideal for visitors heading to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, or Northern Arizona University.
What makes this House unique
Our home is perfect for families with small kids that need baby gates, strollers, high chairs, and pack-n-play. The house is baby proof with all breakable items out of reach of young children.

Nice but needs some work
Everything appeared fine at first glance but there was a permeating musty smell in the house. My husband thought there had been some sort of water leak and the wet wood was causing the smell. It was worse in the kitchen so I think it came from there. We tried airing out the house a little but it didn’t change much. Everything else was fine.
Bellemont, AZ House
Well located for Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona discovery. Well appointed. Good, quiet neighborhood. Simple instructions and good communication with hosts. Highly recommended.
The bedsheets in the second bedroom need to be updated. There is no comfort anywhere so we hade to turn up heater which is so loud, waking us up each time it was on. The dishwasher leaks. Otherwise it is a very pleasant stay. We have had everything we needed.
The house was perfect for a family, everything you could think of when traveling with kids was there. It was nice and clean and well thought out.
Great for family stay
We were a group of 3 adults and 2 children. The house was very comfortable, well equipped and located quite well for hitting many parks. We did buy and use humidifiers to make it more comfortable for us.
Quiet neighborhood with not a lot of retail nearby, we picked up groceries before heading to the house which worked out. Good grill which we used most nights for dinner.
We recently stayed here and it was what we expected. We had a ski race at Snow-bowl. Drive was what was described. The house is very child friendly with gates and everything is child prof. Our dog enjoyed being in the same room as us to watch tv. Beds were good and kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was there was no all purpose cleaner for my germaphobic husband. Would stay again
The location means less than 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon, less than 45 minutes to Sedona, and less than 15 minutes to Northern Arizona University.
