The property was very nice, clean and well kept. The entire resort has most everything you would want. We enjoyed pickle ball and fishing in the pond as well as the easy access to the beach.

Perfect for our family with kids

The condo was wonderful and very comfortable and fully stocked. We had one problem, one of the couples car was keyed in the parking lot, it’s a brand new Cadillac. The owner called the number that was in the condo and was told to go to the gate guard, he was worthless. Nothing was done to help us. The car owner’s insurance is covering it.

Great stay!

Our stay was great! (Minus upstairs renovation noise which is out of their control). This unit had everything you would need for a great stay! The property was great too and our girls loved the playground and game area! Beach is super easy to get too as well! We are already planning a return!

Perfect place for a girls getaway

We booked Island Club 5201 for girls getaway and it was the perfect place/location with Ocean View and Beach front. Very convenient walk to beach. You wake up to the sounds of the ocean and can enjoy Ocean views from the balcony. Unit is well maintained and very convenient to restaurants and shops. We all enjoyed it and planning to come back!

Great Location, Spacious and Comfortable

This unit was perfect for our family week at Hilton Head Island. Unit was huge and we plenty of room for evenings in the family room. Loved having a balcony, although view of beach was limited being on the second floor. Easy, short walk to beach, pool, and pickle ball courts. Would definitely go back to this unit.

Liked the beach

We enjoyed this property! Only problem we ran into was they didn’t clean the floors. It was covered in sand. The washer also jumps a lot even when you don’t have much in it. Other than that I would stay again!

Beautiful Ocean View

This unit is situated right on the beach front providing a great view and making it easy to use either the beach or pool. The unit is spacious with plenty of room to relax in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed except the ice maker did not work. We purchased ice at the grocery store for the week. Overall a great stay!

Well appointed and clean. listing not accurate. showed king in mbr two other br with queen and twin in each. Actualy had double, not queen, and twin in 2nd and 3rd brms.

Family vacation 2024

Overall, this is the nice condo look like it was newly renovated. I was a little concerned, only gave me one parking pass for a unit that sleeps 8, But I didn’t have a problem with the guards at the gate. One of the bedrooms was a little warmer because it had three windows in it, not very comfy, too warm. Unit could also use a highchair for smaller children.

Perfect space for our family of five.

We loved this unit. The rooms were spacious with large closets, allowing for tons of storage space. We weren’t tripping over our coolers and bags all week because there were plenty of spaces to store them. Each bedroom had its own bath and the rooms were remarkably clean and quiet. The ocean views and access was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. We had a slight problem with the internet, but Vacasa was quick to get back with us and fix the issue. Jackie, the site manager was especially attentive and accommodating. We will definitely return!

Beautiful BUT…….

The condo was beautiful BUT I was informed 3 hours before check in - on a non refundable reservation that construction was being performed around the unit. Painters were up and down ladders in front of our balcony and congregating on the balcony to perform work on three of our 4 day stay.

Perfect Spot!!! Just like the pictures!!!

We really loved just about everything in this place. We had 3 adults and 5 kids that stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone! I loved that there were 3 full baths. The place did have a couple of drawbacks. The rooms were very sandy which is to be expected being near the beach. However, my daughters bed had sand in it before she even got in and my pillowcase had a spot of blood on it. Could have been a stain, but still kind of gross. The dishwasher was also broken so we had to do dishes by hand all week. All of this was still NO BIG DEAL. I would return to this place in a heartbeat. I loved that there was a washer and dryer and the short walk to the beach. The little kids loved night swimming and my mother loved being on the balcony and having the ocean view to eat breakfast and read a book.

Awesome Stay!

My husband and I really loved staying here! We stayed for 8 nights and had our 1.5 year old and 2.5 year old with us. It’s a very spacious apartment and our girls had plenty of room to run around and play! The kitchen was well stocked. It had dish soap, a sponge, dish washer pods, laundry detergent pods, paper towels and extra garbage bags. Did not have a kettle. The 3 bathrooms had toilet paper, hand soap, bars of soap and small shampoo/conditioner bottles. Each bed had a bath towel, hand towel and face towel. My one complaint would be that the front door is extremely easy to open, we wish there was a lock on it so our kids couldn’t easily open the door. There is only a key pad on the outside of the door so it was always able to open from the inside. It would be great if a deadbolt lock could be added to the door. We loved how short the walk was to the beach! This apartment is in the perfect location and I love that it’s only on the second floor, making it easy to get to using the stairs. The view from the balcony was great and private. We had an issue while we were here with the bathtub being clogged and someone was able to come fix it in a couple days. Overall we totally recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here!

We were excited to be there and the accommodations were great~~and then, we tried to get online. I talked to vacasa 3 days in a row. they finally said they would call the property manager. It was over New Years, so the property manager said she sent someone & we wouldn't let him it~~1st lie. We were all there, (6) and no one came to the door. It went downhill from there. Phone calls, lies, I will go buy a hot spot, ect. Finally we were able to talk to the internet provider that could not promise when they could be there. By then, our time was up. We def feel we should have compensation bc it advertized internet.. They did have a power outage bf we got there, and the provider said damage was probably done then. At times we didn't even have phone access. I missed a few important calls. Had to leave the property to get my [hone to work.
