Ubicado en un edificio privado de gran altura con acceso de seguridad las 24 horas, este segundo piso recibe a los huéspedes con un ambiente aireado y playera. Vaya al comedor de concepto abierto para ocho personas con bar y fregadero, seguido de una hermosa sala de estar con chimenea de gas, TV de pantalla plana con cable y reproductor de DVD, y una cocina llena de electrodomésticos con área de desayuno para seis personas. También hay una lavadora y secadora en el cuarto de servicio. Un amplio balcón compartido entre la cocina y la sala de estar tiene asientos para disfrutar de las vistas a la playa de Calibogue Sound.

Este 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños de alquiler para 8 personas. La suite principal incluye TV de alta definición con cable, reproductor de DVD, cama extragrande y un baño principal privado con ducha a ras de suelo, bañera profunda y tocador doble. Tiene su propio porche privado con vistas al agua también.

También con una decoración similar a la playa, la habitación n. ° 2 con una cama grande, televisión de alta definición, cable y reproductor de DVD tiene acceso a un baño de 3 piezas con bañera y ducha. Great condo!

Condo is very spacious and felt new. Honestly, I could live there! The view of the sound is beautiful. Only steps from the pool, the sound and an easy walk to Salty Dog. A short drive to Harbor Town. Can’t beat the location.

Best location on HHI

Short walk to South Shore shops and The Salty Dog. We really got lucky with this location as we have never stayed at Hilton Head Island before. Now that I know my way around, I would definitely book this property again!

We had a great stay in Hilton Head for our spring break; booked this condo only a week out when our spring ski trip fell through. We have been to HHI countless times and have stayed in many rentals over the years.Pros:- location! Views cannot be beat. We loved sitting on the terraces at all times of the day especially because we were there during a cooler than normal March week; when the beach was too windy the terraces felt perfect.- check in process - picking up SP passes on New Orleans road was a breeze- space - perfect size condo for our 4-person family plus grandma- poolside grill - we brought steaks to grill for a night in and we were thrilled to see 2 Weber grills available to use! Opportunities (not meant as criticism, just suggestions / for future renters to be aware of):- this is a pretty basic condo, no frills; high value due to the location and views- directions to the pool through the building itself (I.e. not walking around the outside of the building) would be a nice add to the binder or condo website- took us a full day or checking various doors to figure out the way- mattresses are old and have virtually no padding; we got used it but took a couple nights- I emailed prior to the trip to ask if there were beach chairs available for guests to use and was told no, so we brought some; turns out there were 4 in the closet- suggest adding a bench and/or shoe rack at the front door for guests to sit, remove and store shoes to try and limit sand spread

We enjoyed sitting on both balconies of this property. Breakfast by the kitchen and sunsets out the bedroom balcony. Perfect weather and great location.

The property was very clean. Updated flooring and kitchen were quite nice. However, the property had a cold or unfinished feel, with many blank walls, etc. I did have a couple small issues upon arrival that were taken care of in a timely fashion. One concern I had that I made the property manager aware of that was never addressed. The property advertises in the property features a "Fireplace". I told the property manager that it did not work. She said that she would talk to maintenance and get back to me. I never heard back from her. It was quite disappointing because we had a couple of very cool nights and it would have been nice to use the fireplace. Master bedding was old and in need of replacement. Master bed sheets were paper thin.

Amazing location and view!

Our family of six went to Hilton Head to celebrate our two son’s graduations. The location was amazing with a beautiful view, walk on beach, pool, and only steps to the Salty Dog! The condo could be updated, but great for the price!

Best sunset on Hilton Head

We loved our two weeks on Hilton Head. It provided excellent access for my grandsons wheelchair. The condo could use some towel bars and toilet paper holders. The pool and grill area were very nice.

The property was just as listed. The best part is the location. Right on the sound and walking distance from the condo. Would definitely come back.

This is a hidden gem on the island! We have long stayed near Port Royal but decided to venture to South Beach. We were so glad we did! Super close to South Beach Marina and walking trails. The agency was extremely helpful and accommodating! Super responsive and everything was seamless! We will be back!

Beautiful view

This is our second time staying here. The view is spectacular and the condo has plenty of space. We enjoy how close this is to Salty Dog and all the attractions within SeaPines. Only recommendations would be to upgrade mattresses (not comfortable), kitchen and master bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great building with a beautiful view but the windows had paint dripped on them. Condo desperately needs a new patio table and the bed pillows and linens were in need of replacement. Loved the kitchen set up.

Beautiful beachfront getaway with amazing views and pool

Overall, lovely stay in thus beautiful home. The beach is very close, steps away, and lovely and natural. Place is generally renovated and updated although master bathroom toilet and guest bathroom shower in en suite bedroom are not yet. They are ok. Plenty of towels and toilet paper and the place was very clean. Place was secure and safe and very comfortable but could be more luxurious for the price. I would recommend this place due to proximity to food, water, and fun.

Great view. Many shortcomings - eg no towel bars or toilet paper holders, bad lighting, no rugs. no curtains in living room. Mattresses and sheets seemed old and worn.

Robert, This condo was just recently redone. Although it may not be to your liking, all photos accurately portray the unit. Mattress firmness is certainly a preference but we will look into it, the sheets are constantly rotated out so they could not have been old.

The property and geographical location were perfect. There is no parking, however. Many times when we returned to the unit, there was no parking. It is unclear if overflow parking is available. Where are people supposed to park?
