Awesome condo location and attentive owner

The condo was exactly as described, maybe even a little better. This is our 25th Phoenix area spring break year; what a wonderful sunny break from the dreary Indiana winters. Over the course of 25 years, we have found the Aventura condo location the best. It has close access to the greenbelt for walking or biking and 101 access. The condo balcony/master bedroom location is private as it is located against a backwall green area, away from neighbor tenants walking by. There was plenty of room and I think about everything was there that we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Joel was very accommodating and helpful in making sure we knew how to operate the TV subscription systems. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo I’m sure many many families will enjoy!

Great location, pretty grounds, & nice amenities!

Joel was helpful as could be- it wasn't that we really needed anything, but he checked in with us, just to make sure. The condo deck looks out onto a wash & a natural desert area. The pools are beautiful, I used the workout room & pickleball court most every day. Location is excellent! What a nice time we had, thank you for keeping all of the dishware & everything to cook a meal on hand! Much appreciated!

We enjoyed our stay, she was very helpful with questions if we had any. Beds were comfortable and had a really nice shower. Only complaint was the designated parking spot was by a pole so it makes it hard to get car door open. We would stay here again .
