Location is great as is the cleanliness of this home! Kitchen is large and well stocked with essentials. The pool and outdoor kitchen are amazing! Can’t say enough aboutthe courteous and responsive owners! We’ll definitely be back!

The house was super clean and located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The backyard was definitely a highlight—we loved relaxing out there and watching all the birds and wildlife. Such a peaceful spot, would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful home and yard. The owner was super responsive and helpful. The home was very clean and set up well for use indoors and out. Too cool yet to use the pool but it was also well-kept. Great location to get around easily.

Quiet retreat

We really enjoyed staying at this home. Clean, comfortable for 3 adults and in a very convenient location with lots of shopping, restaurants and golf nearby. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a great location to shopping, eating, and easy access to freeways. The backyard was welcoming and comfortable. Love watching the quail run through the yard and along the fence.

Very nice and relaxing

Description and pics are accurate. Very spacious, large deck and great pool with an outdoor kitchen as well! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful stay! Kitchen was well appointed. Pet friendly home. Pool was a welcome treat in the summer heat. Location was central with nearby groceries. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!

What a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views, mornings on the porch, gas fireplace for cool night, a bottle of wine waiting for us, and so beautiful! So appreciate our time! Would definitely stay here again when we come to Phoenix!

Great Place!

The house was in a great location. Our weather was a bit unpredictable for Phoenix so the fireplace was a true gift. Beds were comfy, backyard was awesome and far enough from the golf course that our dog was not able to see golfers. Sandy and Glenn were very responsive to any needs we had.

January in Phoenix

chose Phoenix over our customary fla trip in January. Not disappointed. NO RAIN and the topography was amazing. lots of hikes on beautiful trails and a great house to return to. glen is an exceptional host. Have used VRBO about 6-8 times a year and glens' attention to a renters needs was way above the norm. will do this trip again for sure

GREAT!!!!

Couldn't have been better. Better than pictures and very thoughtfully equipped. Though only 2 bedrooms, all the rooms are very spacious. Outside area - pool, kitchen, seating was wonderful. Private and large, but well fenced (a coyote was checking us out early one morning). Location was very good too - easy access to 101, shopping and Scottsdale & Phoenix, but very small private neighborhood. Great hosts with excellent communication . Thank you Sandy & Glenn

AZ Christmas Home

We rented the house with our little dog to spend Christmas near our oldest daughter and her family. The house was absolutely perfect. The layout was exactly what we needed. Our granddaughters had a sleepover and our youngest daughter and husband spent a night on their Christmas travels. The kitchen is well laid out and has all the appliances in great shape - I think everything is new. We prepared many dishes for our Christmas feast and had a lot of space for cookie decorating with the grands.The fireplace was delightful. The beds and linens were so comfortable.We did not use the pool or bbq, but they are in excellent condition. Neighborhood was quiet and very friendly.The owner was so responsive to my texts before and during our stay.We want to come back to this house next year.

Fantastic House in N. Phoenix/Desert Ridge

We stayed 10 days at this great house in late February. The house has a very convenient location a little over a mile north of the 101 freeway loop, in a very nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master bath are all large and very nice. The living room and kitchen have lots of windows and are very bright. The kitchen has newer appliances and is particularly well-stocked with plentiful cookware and dishes. The house was very clean. The large backyard is beautiful with a partial golf course view, pool (unheated), large patio, pergola, natural gas grill, and nice patio furniture. The water temps were too cool to use the pool, but we expected that in February. Met the owner, Glenn, who was very friendly and accommodating. We had no maintenance issues with the house during our stay. Overall, we were very happy with this house, as it exceeded our expectations.

Desert Ridge Oasis

The property was a true oasis for us. We were able to relax and renew which was much-needed. The neighborhood is well-located with shopping nearby. It is also very quiet and peaceful with great walking and exploring opportunities. We’ll be back!

Fabulous location in beautiful golf neighborhood

The location of this property is fabulous with golf, shopping, and restaurants nearby. The subdivision is beautiful! Access to the home was easy and the communication with the owner/property manager was very good. There were a few issues with the property including temperamental wifi, broken master bedroom tv, live and uncapped electrical outlets, dated and dirty furniture, broken old window blinds, stained MB carpeting and filthy family room rug. The pool vacuum would get stuck on the steps and the collection tube is disgusting. Even after the maintenance man arrived to clean the pool, it was still very dirty so we never used it. The home should be deep cleaned and updated before it's offered as a rental. We left the property early and cut our trip short as the home was not what we anticipated. 5 star for location, 1 star for upkeep.

Perfect

This is a beautiful home in a pretty quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. Glenn and Sandy were quick to respond to all my inquiries and were very gracious and accommodating. It was truly like being at home, only we were warm instead of dealing with the snow at our actual home!
