Täydellinen seuraava iso loma, Caribe East A voi mukavasti nukkua 20 hengelle, joten tuo koko perhe! Tämä ranta-asunto on 4000 neliömetriä tilaa kahdeksan makuuhuoneen ja kolmen kerroksen välissä. Ensimmäisen kerroksen tärkein asuintilaa on suuri avoin pohjapiirros, ja siihen kuuluu olohuone, ruokailutila ja täysin varustettu keittiö. Mukavasti kalustettu, voit rentoutua ja rentoutua olohuoneessa olevan taulu-tv: n ympärillä tai valmistella suosikkiruokaa yhdessä keittiössä. Oma parveke, jolta on näkymät rannan uima-altaalle ja yksityiselle rantakadulle, on helposti saatavilla oleskelutilasta.

Great Times

Had a great time in the house. Had plenty of room for everyone and didn’t feel on top of each other. Perfect location on the beach, wasn’t too crowded.

N. Ala family enjoys relaxing vacation

Property was "as advertised". Had been recently refurbished and was comfortable, if not luxurious. A/C was out on 2nd floor on our arrival, but was replaced after two days (reasonably responsive). Excellent beach access, adequate pool, and short walk to some restaurants, short drive to many others. Good biking/hiking location. Saw lots of dolphins. Very relaxing vacation and spacious for family of 16; we look forward to coming again.

Nice house with great beach access

The house is nice. The living room furniture needed a deep clean and there was sand on the floor when we arrived. If you have bad knees or can't get around easily, this isn't the place for you. There are stairs upon stairs. If you're on the top floor, you will climb 4 flights from entrance to your room. The rooms, baths, and kitchen were great! The pool area and outside dining were awesome as well.

Family Vacation

We travel here once a year and this is our first time staying in a house instead of the Turquoise Place. I missed the amenities from the condominiums, but at least you have the pool with the house. Great house, great size when traveling with a large group (hence why we needed the house instead of the condominium). My only complaint would be it’s right next to a very affordable condominium complex that has a very high traffic volume with tons of loud young kids having the time of their life. Their pool is right next to this house balcony so it feels like you are apart of their mayhem. Just start drinking and join in!!!

Great location,not what we expect for the price range x Night

First at all location was great ,we can just walk to the beach ,when we arrive was not clean I have my own housekeeping company and I can tell was not clean it looks like they just took trash out and leave clean towels ,bathrooms were bad and smelled muggy even hair was in the shower un some of the bathrooms,for charging $700,900 for the cleaning fee was ridiculous some of our friends and myself can’t slepp at night cause the smell of the property,even some furniture have mold on it ,some of the beds were not made ,so we are going to really think next time if we rent with this company ! Is sad but too much money for the house ,kitchen soo small ,broken stove ,burners only one was working properly,oven we bake and I dint work ,fridge was great ,dishes great ,so tiny kitchen I can go on and on but I don’t think I will rent this again

House is not in good shape at all, location is good.

The house isn’t accurately depicted online. The den is small for the number of guest it can accommodate. The condition of the house is very poor, with multiple issues needing to be remedied. The “only” redeeming qualities were: 1. the location to entertainment; 2. walking distance to beach; 3. Number of guest it can accommodate 6 adults couples and children; 4. the 6 king beds were comfortable. Cleanliness: Not good….Kitchen counter had wood split at seams, with debris in cracks, and was not sealed. The faucet area had black mold on counter 6 inches by 3 inches, most bathrooms had mold and rust in them, rugs had stains, and what looked to be dried gum in rug, fabric furniture had stains and rips. Pool area around pool was not well cleaned. Quality: Poor - few kitchen towels, missing can opener, not enough bath towels, 1/2 bath floors had gaps in many area seams, where spots of the floors were soft w/ potential breakthrough; door knob at back porch was barely operational/loose, and didn’t shut properly and was hung poorly, floors at porch door were coming up, bedroom on 1st floor had make shift stairs to get into soaking tub with shower curtains hanging into center of tub not sized correctly for bathroom, pool fencing was not securely positioned around pool, and gates to get into pool were not securely positioned as well. 3rd floor beach facing bedroom didn’t cool well. Overall the home maintained too much moisture since it doesn’t operate with central A/C.

Good points of the rental: View is great, Roomy for our family Bad points of our rental: (All of these items were not in working order when we arrived and were not repaired) 1. Refrigerator was not working. Temperature was at 58 when we arrived and stayed at the high temp the entire time of our stay. The Ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The local vendor came out on Monday 10/5/20 and said it needed to be reset due to power outages during the recent storms. He stated that the machine needed 24 hours to change but no change ever happened. We asked for a new work order and was told that a new vendor would come on Tuesday but no one ever showed up. We did not hear from anyone (Southern Vacation rental, local vendor or anyone else) after Monday’s visit. The refrigerator remained at 58 degrees during the entire week. We had to use coolers with purchased bags of ice during the week for our food items. It was like we were camping. We are campers but when we are paying for a rental place, we expect better. 2. The under the counter ice machine in the Living room bar area does not work. We pressed all the buttons but no ice was made during the week. 3. Metal Sink strainer in the kitchen sink is broken and there is no way to hold the water in the sink. 4. Light bulbs on back decks are out. 5. Door handle on upstairs bedroom is broken (3rd floor bunk room) 6. The Spring attachment to the coffee maker is broken (this attachment permits the getting of coffee while it is still brewing). This was left in the carafe of the coffee maker for repair. 7. 2nd floor bedroom street side: bathroom fan does not work. 8. The TV reception was not good on any set in the house. 9. The light was out in the pool so the nighttime swimming was limited. 10. The temperature within the unit was variable with some rooms were extremely cold and others were warm. We understand about the individual room thermostats. 11. Only two burners on the gas stove worked, the two griddle burners did not work at all. I have more to say and will send updates to the Southern Vacation Rental Management co. Let me know if I can give more info to your business. The management company did not provide any customer service while we were there for any of the problems listed above. Date of arrival - October 4, 2020 Reservation ID #2228437.

Wonderful Family Getaway Spot

This property is excellent for a family getaway. You really can't beat the location, the proximity to the beach, the private pool (shared only with your duplex neighbor), and the gorgeous, spacious bedrooms - each with their own bathroom! A few minor issues are similar to things I've read in other reviews - some lights were burn't out, including the light in the pool (only affected if you want to swim at night), the jets in the jacuzzi tub were not working., and the main floor in the kitchen/living room is pretty scuffed....BUT, these are minor things that I'm sure just come with the territory of a popular rental! Nothing that seriously impeded our ability it have a great time. In fact, I'll go back to the number of rooms and bathrooms - what a luxury! We had 2 family members over 60, 1 single 40+ year old, 2 x 40 year old couples and 4 kids ages 8-12. The house allowed us to enjoy being together, but also have our own spaces for downtime, etc. Overall, I'd highly recommend the property.
