Excellent Christmas Vacation!

We stayed here for two weeks through Christmas time. We had friends and family. Everyone agreed the house was amazing. Everyone got their own room and bathroom. There was a nice hot tub on the deck. You can see and hear the waves from the back porch! It was a quick walk down to a very quiet area of the beach. Lots of deer came through to give a visit and beautiful sunsets and sunrises.Customer Service was excellent and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, which is amazing since during Christmas and New Year's Eve.Would stay here again!

Better than the photos

The house was great - larger and better than the photos! We had 11 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beach is just down the path. We enjoyed the grill, pool, hot tub, beach, fusball - everything was great. We walked to a good bike rental place, also. Shopping is close. There was not anything in the kitchen in terms of salt, pepper, spices - some houses have that and some do not. Not a big deal but for planning purposes. There were starter sets of detergent, and shampoo/rinse/soap, etc. We would definitely stay again!

This house is amazing so clean and way bigger than we thought it was going to be. Right on the beach and just a short bike ride away from Coligny. We enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommend.

Birthday and Thanksgiving!

Beautiful home and property. Private, quiet location. Easy walk out to the beach. Incredible Sunrise! Great big kitchen and gathering area for family breakfast and at home dinner. Grill worked perfectly. An extra propane tank was provided and ready to go. Very easy check-in and check-out process. Made the vacation much easier. Everything in the house seemed to work as it should. Great beach vibe….comfortable, casual, and fun.

Gorgeous house!!

Its a topnotch house with incredible amenities. The pool is great and ocean views, even with the trees, is beautiful. Was our first time in Hilton Head. Only drawback is the length of walk to the beach, even though its “beachfront”. With 3 kids 3yrs old and under it was a lot of work getting to the actual beach! We are used to being steps from the beach in a beachfront home If thats not an issue for you the rest is amazing.

Great location, nice house, but spoiled by little fixable things

First off the house is in a great location and is basically a nice house. However a few things were a major letdown. The outside deck has a wonderful sea view, but the patio furniture is basically trash. Old and decrepit, rickety wood, mismatched, badly worn, faded seat pads that didn't fit the "dining" chairs. No cushions at all for the one sofa and two armchairs. Two small old tables (one with a burnt top) pushed together would seat maybe 6 in a house with beds for 12+. So no outside dining!. Inside the crockery and glassware is old, hazy,chipped and mismatched. It all looked like the left overs of previous sets someone had put in a "holiday house" The downstairs pool was once resurfaced but the new coating is popping off. There is some nasty staining on the small kiddypool . The upper deck patio has a jacuzzi- that does not seem to get warm and had to be repairedd twice because a leak caused it to fully drain twice . We called the agent but she seemed uninterested. She was the night manager and promised to pass on our comments. The next day we got an email promising a follow up - didnt happen. When we arrived at 4pm the house was not ready - cleaners were still busy inside for 25 minutes We moved in to damp floors. We eventually traced a nasty smell to a very dirty microwave. We paid over $22,000 for a week. Is it too much to expect some decent patio furniture, crockery and glasses. This house needs some TLC. We have stayed at better houses for far less $

Perfect home for extended multi generational family.

Lovely property with water view and private walkway to the beach. Lounge on the private deck along the walkway. Heated pool and hot tub to enjoy after a day on the beach. The home is spacious and comfortable for the nine adults and two children in our party. Large, well equipped kitchen, dining area for 12, back porch for grilling and eating outside. Pool area dining as well. Comfortable living room to gather upstairs and smaller downstairs gathering space with couch , bar height table and chairs , and space for Foosball. All bedrooms up and downstairs are roomy. Master suite is extra large with water view and back porch access. Everything we wanted to introduce our extended family to HHI.

Perfect layout for a large group. We had 5 couples plus one - its a shame that there are not 5 appropriate bedrooms.

Awesome family vacation

We had such a great time at this property. My wife, two adult daughters, their boyfriends, and our family dog. The location was excellent. The property was in great condition. The pool was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations and our family had such a great time. The property management here is great. We had a problem with the air conditioning and that afternoon the property team had the HVAC company out and fixed the problem. Great experience all around and highly recommend for anyone interested.

family vacation

House is beautiful, and was perfect for our needs. The young adults had the entire lower level, leaving the older adults on the main floor which worked out perfectly. The beach is spectacular - highly recommend renting bikes, as riding on the beach is great fun. Location is perfect you can walk to everything.

Family get together

We had 2 of our sons and their families join us for a beach vacation. We loved the house with the open kitchen and family room for all of us to be together. Nice pool with ledge around it to prevent little ones from accidents. Very clean

Incredible Property!

We loved the location and house! It was a perfect size for our family and friends. Being oceanfront was a huge bonus. The only issue we had was that two of our cars were broken into one night which was very upsetting but not the fault of the property owners. The police were very responsive. Would stay here again but will park the cars in the garage next time.

Would have given excellent except hot tub wasn't hot.

Property and location were exactly as promised. When problem with hot tub wasn't able to be fixed during our stay, management easily agreed to a refund. Would happily stay here again.

Beach Escape!

Our family had an incredible time in this lovely home! It was everything we wanted and needed it to be. It was a safe, somewhat secluded setting for our family reunion. It was large enough that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The decor was very nice and we spent a lot of time on the large deck. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals there. If you are looking for an upper level beach experience this is the place for you!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing vacation. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the two islands in the kitchen. Everything was as described. I wish the pool was cleaned once while we were there. It was great having all our deliveries in our house when we arrived. ( golf clubs etc)) e had called about hot tub being heated , but nobody has record. It was Monday when I Called and was even quoted a higher price. Seemed odd. OVerall great house, little musty smell downstairs.

Beach properties was easy to work with in helping me plan my husbands 60th Birthday Party we had family coming in from all over the states and the house was large enough for all 16 We had a few set backs in the beginning but the property manager was there within minutes Thank you
