¡Bienvenido a 11 Spotted Sandpiper! Esta casa de cinco dormitorios y cuatro baños puede alojar un grupo de hasta 14 personas en total. Se encuentra en la segunda fila del océano en Sea Pines, ¡un paseo muy fácil a la playa!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cleanliness, location, professionalism were all top notch. Our concerns involved inside. The great room furniture needs help; the couches were inadequate seating for our family. There was not enough silverware for us all to dine and no serving pieces. Hall bathroom shower and toilet were very slow draining. Master toilet is dangerously low and almost impossible to use especially with no grab bars. We also used the recommended bike company and ordered nine. They arrived timely but seven were very low on air and one pedal fell off. Customer service was great but should not have been needed with proper prep before delivery.

Family adventure in Sea Pines

The house was perfect. Gorgeous view from the living room and the bedrooms. Very close to a very private beach. Our kids loved the pool. They spent so much time swimming. It was heated to the perfect temperature. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable and stocked with everything you would need for a comfortable vacation. You can see the ocean from the balcony outside and the walk to the beach was really easy with small children. The pool area was fenced and our grandchildren really enjoyed swimming. We thought the house was wonderful!

Perfect location for adults and kids!

Loved the home and its location close to the beach! The bunk room was perfect for our 10-12yr kids and they loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the additional refrigerator downstairs was perfect for drinks. The house was pretty clean; only objection was the floors need a good scrubbing… the kids’ feet were black on the bottom! Would definitely stay here again 😎

The house isn’t super undated but still absolutely beautiful and worked perfectly for our family of five plus a dog. The green couch was perfect to take an afternoon nap on. IIlove that area of Sea Pines and will definitely stay again.

Great Vacation Place

This is a great vacation home. Plenty of space for the family, including our dog. The house is very nice. The dimmable lighting was a great feature as we brought my mother and was able to leave lights on for her without bright lighting. The pool and hot tub was amazing. We were there mid October and the pool and hot tub were very warm and comfortable. It was a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The ocean is visible from the deck between the houses across the street. The WiFi was good, allowing 3 of us to online game together with minimal lag. The grill was a Weber and worked great. We had a rental chair from Vay K Gear break and it was replaced the next morning. We wer very happy with this rental and are talking about renting this house again. Very happy!

Wonderful vacation getaway for medium to large families

Great property, and responsive management. Spacious home with lots of great areas, especially loved the big pool and apron area. Super quick walk to beach and short walk or bike ride to Sea Pines beach club area.

Wonderful spacious vacation home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time we have rented 11 Spitted Sandpioer. Initially rented it to accommodate our large family that visits yearly. Very view 5 bedroom homes in Sea Pines . Also has a sleeping alcove in upstairs hallway that is very cute with a daybed without a door that is near a bath. The pool area is very nice with large patio surrounding and decks overlooking upstairs. Especially nice are sliding doors to outside on upstairs bedrooms. The large sleeping room downstairs with sofa, a bed, and bunk bed is great for multiple prople, teenagers, family. The home is very clean. The close locator the beach is one of our favorite parts! Hope we get to rent it again. It is hatd to find 5 bedroom 4 bath homes such as this in Hilton Head. Coastal Home and Villa is fabulous to deal with. I’ve been renting yearly on HHI for 20 years and they are tops for customers service!
