Beautiful Home with all included 4 miles from the beach. Gulf Gate Restaurants are close by!
4 adults maximum occupancy.
Nicely furnished with many local artist paintings on the wall
Electric, water, Wifi and basic cable included.
2 Queen beds, dresser and nice large closet in master bedroom with hangers.
Spare bedroom has a queen bed and a TV.
Owners live on Property in separate home divided by 8 foot fence.
Living room has nice L shaped couch and TV

All linens, towels, pots and pans and silverware included.
4 Miles from Crecent Beach and Siesta Key, Centrally located. Restaurants less than one mile away. Bus stop within walking distance

Delightful Get away!

My family loved staying at this adorable house. It was perfect for our little family vacation ! Yolanda had it fulling stocked with everything we needed, and more.. Even got Snacks and Bubbles for my kids! It was very clean! The neighborhood was quiet,and yet it was still located close to town. We would have loved to stay longer, maybe next time:) Would recommend this place to anyone..We give it 2 thumbs up!

This home is in the great Sarasota area. We are a married couple that work hard and enjoy life. While not working we enjoy traveling, geocaching, kayaking, hiking, going to flea markets, eating out, good music and dancing.

Why they chose this property

It is in a quiet safe family neighborhood where you can walk your dog, be at the beach in minutes and walk to restaurants if you wanted to. Bus stop is blocks away as well.

What makes this property unique

The sunsets in Sarasota are beautiful. Sit on the screened lanai and watch as the sun goes downs. Let the puppies play in the fenced back yard. I love the local artists that adorn the walls and the nice bright living room. You will feel like you are in the tropics.
