About this property

Craig House Bradenton with Heated Pool - No Cleaning Fee

Located 11 miles from Holmes Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG Academy. Our home is on a small private lake. Near shopping and restaurants. Place will be all to yourselves.

The space
High ceilings, with lots of space to relax. We spend most of our time in the Florida room watching the ducks or by the pool. Jetted Tub in master bath. We keep our home immaculately clean for our guests. House is all electric.. We also have a whole house filtration/water softener and the water is great!

Guest access
All of the home is available except for the garage, storage closet and master bedroom closet, But a wardrobe is provided.. When arriving and to gain entry, press your hand on the blacked out keypad and press the 2 digits that appear. Then enter your door code. To lock the door when going out, just press the lock icon on the keypad.

Pool equipment, AC unit and water filtration system are off limits to our guests. Pool is set for 87 degrees F surface temperature. If there are any problems with ant of the equipment please call us immediately.

Maximum advance booking is 12 months which allows us to have the most current rate adjustments. Any attempts to extend beyond the 12 month window will result in a cancelation.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect home for a winter getaway

Spent a long weekend at Craig House in March 2023. Perfect for the 2 of us- well equipped and nicely comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Small splash pool was perfect to cool off and relax. Loved having the pool

Besides the convenience of having a pool right there, we felt we were in a safe neighborhood. We traveled quite a bit around the area--from Bradenton, to the outer islands (Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Lido Key and Siesta Key), to Myakka State Park and to Sarasota, and in particular, the Ringling Museum. Lots to do and see in this area, from nature to shopping to dining to beautiful beaches.

I loved this property. It had everything I needed and more. There were spices, a few dry goods, and condiments in the fridge. The pool was perfect for lounging on a floaty and a perfect temp. Relaxation lives up to the hype

This is house was a winner from the moment we walked in the door. Clean, fresh, and bright describe our first impression. The pool was perfect for the well-needed relaxing and the decor was super nice. You can tell the owners put thought into details; from having a few incidentals for our use, including the plush bath towels, and beach things, to the comfortable beds are just a some of the things we enjoyed. Property was clean and well maintained. We didn’t have a car but we’re within walking distance to Walmart. Other excursions we used Uber. Pool was a great retreat after a hot day. The house was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped - especially convenient was all the beach gear! So nice not to have to bring all of that - especially when guests are coming from a non-beachy area. We loved the heated pool and the pretty view of the pond! So relaxing! The house is in a perfect location for lots of adventures. Coquina Beach was our favorite beach - Just beautiful! We also enjoyed the downtown Bradenton market on Saturday - lots of great vendors! Clean, convenient, and cozy!

Enjoyed our stay @ The Craig. Would recommend for adults or families. The house was stocked with all the things we needed for day-to-day living, and was even supplied with items for going to the beach. We were within 30 minutes of everything we wanted to do. Loved our stay. The only disappointment: the pool was not actually warm (the owner explained the pool is heated by solar panels and is dependent on sunny weather for “heated” water), and we had a lot of cloud cover and cooler days. Overall, the house was fantastic. Clean, convenient, and cozy!
