Bella Monte at Desert Ridge


This 1700 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bathroom plus den condo has it all. Lots of upgrades, a spacious balcony overlooking one of three community pools and new furnishings. Each pool has its own workout facility and restroom. A two car garage is also included! We require 1st of month checkin and end of month checkout.

Located conveniently off the Loop 101 in North Phoenix makes it a prime location for everything the Phoenix Valley has to offer. Mayo Clinic, West World, TPC Scottsdale (Home to the PGA's Phoenix Open), Musical Instrument Museum, Spring Training and endless golf courses are minutes away. Upscale as well as casual shopping and dining are plentiful. Outdoor enthusiast have access to endless hiking and bike trails from this location. Sky Harbor International Airport is a short 20 minute drive.

Fantastic Stay

We chose this condo for our first vacation to Arizona and were not disappointed. The condo was well located for all the Desert Ridge amenities and easy access to the 101 loop. The property was well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for our stay and Kim was a pleasure to work with. We wouldnt hesitate to visit again!

We fell in love with this hidden gem the minute we drove through the gate of the community and toured the condo. It's location is exceptional and the upkeep and maintenance of the property is meticulous. It is a quiet mature community with lots of social opportunity for occupants.

What makes this property unique

The outdoor patio is very welcoming with a view of the pool across a large grassy area. The location of the condo within the community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Easy access to the Loop 101 freeway without freeway noise is perfect for getting around the Phoenix Valley.
