Modern 1088 sq. ft. floor plan places the 2 bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room.

The open kitchen/dining area and 9 foot ceilings throughout create a feeling of space and openness. Carpet and ceramic tile floors. Can sleep up to 4 comfortably with a king and 2 twin-size beds (or 5 with pull-out sofa bed).

This luxury condo is located within a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The grounds contain 3 pools, 3 spas, and tennis and basketball courts.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7 mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Great vacation spot for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

very clean vrbo condo with no worries

We stayed at this condo January 2017. Of all the condos we have used from vrbo in the last 10 years, this was by far the cleanest. It met and surpassed all our expectations. Mark checked in a couple of time to ensure everything was ok. We appreciate that he does not allow pets. Would highly recommend the condo. We enjoyed climbing North Mountain for exercise.

Wonderful condo

My husband and I stayed at Mark's condo for the month of February 2016. Mark was great, he met us when we arrived and showed us around , so there was no guessing how to find the closest pool. The condo is very well taken care of and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Thanks Mark it was great!

Thoroughly Impressed with Condo and Host!

I stayed as Mark's VBRO guest at the condo for 5.5 months and found the unit to be very comfortable and well stocked with everything I could need during my stay. The condo complex grounds were incredibly well maintained and the 3 pools on site were both clean and appealing. The condo is centrally located to the 51 and I-17. My three favorite things about the unit were its quiet and peaceful surroundings, it's close location to North Phoenix Mountain (I lost ten pounds by summiting it everyday), and the host's accommodating and pleasing nature.

Beautiful and comfortable condo!

I spent one month in this lovely condo. It is comfortably furnished, and well-appointed with all the items that make it feel like "home." The condo is sparkling-clean and well-stocked. The grounds are absolutely, as well. There's an amazing variety of flowers, and many mornings I would have my coffee on the balcony, or at one of the many pools, and enjoy watching the variety of hummingbirds the plant life attracts. The grounds and the pools are well-maintained. There are many incredible hikes walking distance, as there are mountains to the north and south, both walking distance. The owner was an absolute delight; he made sure my stay was enjoyable, and was available to offer assistance. I highly recommend this vacation rental. You will not be disappointed.

Just wanted to send you a big THANK YOU for an incredible stay at your condo during our recent golfing trip this year. The condo was a super place to stay and the amenities were the best. We played a number of nearby courses and had a great time. It was great to stay at such a beautiful, relaxing, and comfortable residence at the end of the day. The duffers and I will be back again next year and rest assured, we will be utilizing your condo again. Thanks again for making our trip easy and fun.
