So glad you enjoyed your stay, I will review the listing to ensure proper advertising of the rooms I’m not sure what was not as listed but we will review it. Sorry the pool wasn’t perfect because of it not being as clear as we like. but it was useable as far as I know.

Hello, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. The grill is replaced at the beginning of each season so it surprises me that it was full of rust, I will look into that for sure. The stove top was installed last year new as well but keep in mind it is induction so if you remove the pot it turns off we haven’t had any issues with it so far as I’m aware but will check it as well. Thank you for your review I sure wish you would have contacted me during your stay to look into these problems.

Thank you for your suggestions, we are in the process of having a new information book made professionally as to cut some of that confusion and put it in a format that is easily consumable for our customers. I remember your reservation well. The day of check in your underage daughter was apparently drinking and had an “episode” as you called it. She was screaming in the front yard and the neighbors called the police! After the police were called someone I’m assuming your daughter got in a vehicle and slammed the car into one of the trees in our yard, it was bad enough that the car had to be towed off of the property! Of course we requested you evacuate the property I’m not sure what you would have expected, upon entering the property we found holes in the Sheetrock and damage all through the house, yes you had insurance and yes it covered our damages, the camera is a fixed camera not moving, the yard is double fenced but I’m not sure how you would say that your dog would get loose? The fence is secure but of course it would be your responsibility to keep track of your animals, ours don’t seem to get out…. Furthermore you only stayed on the property a couple of hours due to the issues within your group, the motorhome was on the property at that time but we were not staying in it, and by the way this rental was feb and it’s now October I’m not sure why you waited 8 months to leave a review for our property! As far as the response from Vrbo I can not speak to it, and I’m not sure why it was even a part of your review I do not control the way they do business, but As far as we go I’m not sure why you think we would have reacted any differently to your severe craziness!
